Rebellion-Invasion

Alright, I have questions needed to be asked in public.

What I was thinking (and what I've discussed with some people) is that the invasion force (including Azula and Mai and Ty Lee and etc.) could drop by Tachi Dai. That way, the Fn could really SEE the resistance for the first time. However, this creates several difficulties:

First: Jia, who is also Azula, is ALSO Jialing at the same time. IF Jialing becomes a rebel, and she's involved in said RPG, how will she play BOTH characters?
Second: We'd have: Agni, Taka, Yasu, Azula, Ty Lee, Mai, Jialing (maybe), Reed (maybe), Ashuku, and Raikou in ONE RPG. And that simply ISN'T manageable.

What can we do about this?

There's also the wonder of why the royal procession would pass through a ruined Earth Kingdom town when there's probably plenty of Fire nation-controlled towns along the way to Ba Sing Se. ;D

Perhaps because it's directly EN ROUTE? And perhaps because they've heard of rebel activity in the area and wish to investigate a bit before they take down Ba Seng Sei? Perhaps to make certain their holdings are secure? Perhaps? Mm?

Drawing a line from any point on the FN continent to any point in BSS, there's not a single line that passes through Tachi Dai. However, there are plenty of river routes that'll take them right to the edge of the inland sea that includes the Serpent's Pass. Assuming enough of the EK is un FN hands, which i assume it is, there'd be a route of no resistence almost directly to the outer wall almost right across the equator of the Avaworld.

Besides, with the end of the war hinging on that battle, would any commander bother to stop for a few rumors of rabble-rousers?

Well, about your second problem in the first post, I could take Raiku out and keep him in the FN for a little while, until the battle on BSS actually starts! I cold have him leave the FN and come to BSS when thigns begin to heat up. I'll just delete my post and pretend I never did anything. Nobody responded to Raiku yet, so it shouldn't be a problem!

No no, stay where you are. I'm bringing this out for discussion. Not for me to make decisions.

Nah. I seriously think I should pull out of BSS. It'll help this go faster and I could have some fun in the FN before coming to BSS. Raiku's my only character, so to get the maximum rp'ing, I think that's the best option for me to make.

As for how to get to the city of Tachi Dai for the rest of ya'll, you could always take boat. Tachi Dai seems to be a coastal city, when looking at the FS map...

o.O;; I believe you assume wrong. The encampement is supposed to be 'near' Ba Sing Sei. How near is moot since Shuky isn't here to clarify.

I'm guessing within the radius of BSS as far as Ginsei temple. Otherwise that'd be one long ass march and bad planning when as Aden pointed out you could just dump them all right near the gates.
