His fury he wanted to unleash onto the Fire Nation. He wanted them to feel what it was like to have his country be attack for no reason but conquest. Even if it meant dethroning the Earth King, he wanted them to taste fear. Until that time, Bora’s ferocity will keep growing inside him.
"I think that once they realize just how real the danger is...that Ba Sing Sei will remain standing. Surely it's people won't just stand by while the Fire Nation endangers their families, right?"
From what Pika had said calmed him down a little. He knew if the threat of the Fire Nation was bad enough, the citizens as well as the Earth Kingdom army will act accordingly.
“I hope you’re right Pika,” Bora said to him, “I hope what you say is true.”
"Besides, as fierce as the Thunderfirst Battalion sounds, I bet those walking flame throwers will just give up and run home to their mommies," Pika said, grinning a little impishly.
Bora let out a short belly laugh as he heard the little joke.
“You know Pika, you’re OK,” Bora complimented, “A little young and naïve, but OK. If only I had this warm of a reception when I got here in Shai City.”
Bora continued to look around the area that he was in, guessing on which of these houses were his.
“So ummm, are we anywhere close to where you live?” Bora asked as politely as he could.

Pika was glad to see Bora Gan in somewhat better spirits. The man's size alone was rather intimidating...and when he was angry, he seemed even more so. Though most young men his age would've been offended by being referred to as 'young and naive', Pika didn't seem to mind at all. Honestly, Bora could've called him a pretentious little brat and it wouldn't have phased him. Insults, in general, rolled off him not like water off a turtle duck's back...so a little constructive criticism didn't phase him at all.
The pair was coming up on one house in particular...and while it certainly wasn't grand or ornate, it was still rather large. There wasn't much in the way of decor outside, but there was a lined path that connected this home with the others in the culdesac. Truth be told, it was mostly Harta family members that occupied the homes here.
“So ummm, are we anywhere close to where you live?"
Pika nodded, replying, "Yeah, that's it right there."
The young man led the way, calling into the home as he entered.
