I just have a few questions:
1. When will people be able to join as benders again?
2. Since Sand benders are Earth Benders who adapted to desert life, will an Earth bender character who was brought up in the desert be able to sand bend?
3. If a character joins with the birth talent to bend, but hasn't been able to use their abilities under cirsumstances in their history, will they be able to learn how to become benders once benders are allowed for acception once again?

Whenever I get off my lazy butt, do a recount and see that percentages for all nations have dropped below 40%. I've been meaning to do a recount since the last deletion spree..

I've got no problem with it.

>> No.. since the ability to bend tends to show up young.. like age 4-6 and even without formal training, a kid can still learn to bend.

I did a recount.. Earth Kingdom has reached 41% benders, everyone else is still above 60% but we have a new list of potential people to get deleted and that will knock the percentages down.

Wonderful. That way, we can have a mad rush to make benders, immediately getting back over 40 so we have to ban them again within a week! ;D Am I right, or am I right? ;D
