The deserter entered the heavy mass of people. As his master once said to him, the best place to hide a leaf is, for sure, in a forest. With effect, the best place to hide was in the middle of the mess.
A hard pain called his attention at the time. The painful cut in his right thigh, won in the fight in Sun Sei road, started to bleed again. One more thing to worry about. Without medical assistance Teiú was not going to reach long with it. Checking the place again Teiú noticed some soldiers patrolling the area, on the other side of the square.
High on a board it could be seen the hospital’s official mark on a building not so far away from the deserter. “First problems first.” Teiú thought. An old woman was leaving the building when the firebender reached the place. Teiú certified that no guards were inside before entering. Inside, a man with long hair and a gotté was in the hall with a ball in his hands. Assuming, by the guy’s clothes, that the man was a doctor, Teiú approached.
“Please… annh… I’m in need of a medic” Teiú said, with a naïve attitude.

Sekar was ready to call the day quits and literly go fly a kite, when he saw a shabby man approuching Sekar did a quick visual scan of him when he stated he needed a medic.
So far no major abrastions, laserations or major wounds are visable but Sekar couldn't be to sure. With a calm smile he beckoned the man in. "Alright come with me." Sekar kept his gaurd up, his clothes and shabbyness was giving him a bad vibe, but he wasn't just on appearance alone, there was energy that told Sekar not to trust him. Taking the man into a examining room, Sekar washed his hands and gathered his tools
"What seems to be the problem sir?" Motoko entered in, Sekar gave her the signal to stay. He whispered to her. "Is Hao around?" She shook her head. He was busy in the Children's ward most likey.
Motoko walked over to take off the strange man's clothes. "Can I have your tunic to Dr Praaghi can examin you?"

A single eyebrow lifted itself from Jericho's brow as she studied the girl before her. Though the young woman was used to commanding attention, respect, or even venom to her general person she had never quite met someone so close to her own age group who would call her 'Miss'. Quite frankly, it made Jericho feel like her mother and even though she loved her mother dearly- despite her desperate acts to arrange some sort of male companionship for her- she was not ready to become her. "You can forgo the miss." The young noble couldn't help the smirk forming on the corner of her lips. "After all I have just bumped into you, and I couldn't be that much older than you, it's silly, really."
Jericho tilted her head to the side, her ebony bangs falling away from her face to reveal both her catty eyes. She had remembered meeting Xin, if only briefly- she even remembered the last name as something her father mentioned once or twice before- but there was something else about her she couldn't quite touch upon. The Academy maybe? Had they attended a class together? There had to be something keeping Jericho from verbally chewing Xin up other than the fact that she looked familiar. After all, the young woman held nothing but rage toward most of the girls her own age in Lun Yang. Her gaze was studious, amber eyes flickering up and down the girl discretely. "I remember you from a few gatherings but... there's something else." Jericho shook her head and laughed airily. "My apologies, sometimes I forget myself."
The slight breeze that touched Jericho's cheek brought her previous thought back to her. The young woman's eyes widened and she nearly jumped- shocked out of her thoughts. She had to find her mother. The young woman's charcoaled eyes locked with Xin's, and under normal circumstances she'd never ask for help but she wanted desperately to prove to her mother that she could bring her family honour without the aid of a man. "Are you familiar with Madame Ai Xanin?" Jericho asked without formality. "How she looks? I need to find her."

Xin stood quietly as the other girl sized her up, it was rather intimidating to be watched in such a way. She was looking for something but she herself had no idea what it was. Attendance at parties and other such functions gave the younger girl a good idea of just how temperamental Jericho was. But also she knew they were in the same boat, both girls were in families who sought them suitable husbands, and in that manner they shared something.
Xin had become accustomed to the daily ins and outs of courting, she never fancied it much but she did as she was asked, it made things easier and gave her more freedoms. Just like many high classed children she quickly learned that you can get whatever you want, as long as your well behaved. If you speak out of turn or act out, then punishments were to be had. The prince was a prime example of that, what he did, she wasn't sure of. But it must have been something horrible.
Inquisitively Xin's eyes searched Jericho's as she explained herself, she'd never tried to stand out much, no doubt she was looking for a fact that didn't ever exist. What could there be to remember about herself that she wouldn't know? She played many instruments, something she kept within her own home, she had an exotic arctic hamster, again, Xue never left her room. Fire bending was something she took classes for when she was younger. It wasn't her forte, as soon as she learned enough to control herself she was taken out of instructions. Perhaps she knew her from somewhere else....
" Yes of course..." Bringing herself to the present she curiously watched the questioning face of the girl before her turn into a more serious one. Xin looked up at the clouds, attempting to remember the woman, whom she was sure that she had seen earlier today. Aside from the middle classed people milling about Xin prided herself on knowing all that she could. Like in warfare knowledge and foresight were of utmost importance. Retracing her steps mentally she nodded and gave the girl a weak, shy smile. " I believe I saw her near the pavilion in the park I came here from there, I don't think she'd be too far off by now..."

The place seemed to be free of soldiers. Till there Teiú was on his guard to notice something that could endanger him. In his time in Lun Yang he needed to be sure he was not going to be caught, this could put the Lun Yang sect of The Rebellion in trouble.
The deserter followed the doctor through a corridor till reach a small room. Free from the problems outside Teiú started to mind about the actual situation. An assistant of doctor… Praaghi, as she said, asked for Teiú’s cloak. The firebender took out his tunic and his chest plate. “Well, i'm full of scratches and bruises but I guess my biggest problem is a cut on the thigh.” Teiú said pointing his blood colored pants.
But after showing it Teiú gave a fair look on doctor Praaghi and his assistant. The Doctor wasn’t acting casually and his manners denoted caution. It was so perceptible that even Teiú, in his naïve personality, perceived it. But could he blame Sekar? His clothes were dirty and ragged, the time in the road left him meager and with a tired silhouette. His armor was showing clear signals of a fight and the cut on his nigh was made by a sword. The young were carrying weapons too. But what to say? The truth hadn’t worked well before, Teiú remembered the case with Azar. No good lies came to the deserter’s mind at the moment and, even if had occurred, Teiú’s lying skill were horrible anyway.
As so Teiú decided to remain silent, his expressions and actions were true and he preferred to show he wasn’t dangerous to the hospital’s crew.

The doctor took out his note book and piece of charcol and began to scribble some notes. Motoko took the clothes and laid then down most likely she would have to burn then...or rather Sekar will. The raven healer walked up and checked the straggly man's pulse.
"Do you have a name sir? Can to tell me how you got injured please?" Sekar looked at his chest and back poke and testing the muscle for wear and damang. By his observation, the poor man look malnourished, he mostly had parasites as well maybe head lice. Sekar note this as he walked back and wrote in his book.
"I'll have a look at your thigh." Sekar took a pair of scissors and cut off the pant leg and started looking at the man's thigh. "Well it's minor lasercation, it was worse you would have been passed out or dead. I'll add some anti-septics to clean the chi and bandage it you look fine over all except you look like you haven't had a hot meal in a while." Sekar took some balm and gauze and started asking him more questions mainly making sure he didn't care any interal or exteral parasites.
"Have you had any stomach problems? Vomiting or diaarhea? Nausa, cramps or indigestion?" Sekar finished bandaging his leg and examind his chest.
"Have you had any skin irratation or ichiness at all either?" Sekar finished his exminaion, noting that he has bug bites, but nothing like fleas or lice.

A bright grin flashed across Jericho's lips, an instant moment of happiness. Her mother was here, she was on the right track. The excitement almost left the young woman breathless. She bobbed her head in a quick bow- more of a nod really- her ebony bangs moving like spider silk in the wind. "Thank you." The words seem to rush out, moving as quickly as her thoughts. Jericho turned her head to the sun to check its position in the sky, shielding her eyes with one delicate manicured hand. There was still time, she could still make it to her manor for the kite and back if she could find her mother quickly enough. Without another word the young woman bolted from her position, sliding through the crowds with practiced grace toward the park pavilion Xin had spoken of. Her sharp amber eyes focused, carefully scanning great groups of people in a short amount of time. If her mother- with her elegant air and her ability to command respect without ever uttering a word- were in this crowd she would find her.
The flare off a golden comb briefly blinded Jericho. Her hand quickly snapped up, in attempts to push the light away from her eyes, and as she forced herself to see through the glare between the cracks of her thing fingers there she was- Ai Xanin, Jericho's mother. Coming across a new momentum, a new determination, the young woman bolted, running straight through a stream of people in order to speak with the matriarch of her bloodline. "Mother!" The call was a frantic mix of rushed excitement.
Ai turned her head slowly, her un-made-up face locking on Jericho's rushing figure. Even without a stitch of make-up the older woman looked beautiful. Her long ebony hair- which matched her daughter's in both look and texture- was let loose, seldom the top knot held with a golden phoenix comb. 'So that's what I saw.' "What is it Jericho?" the elegant older woman spoke softly, her voice even. "You look flushed, are you ill?"
By the time the young woman had reached her mother she was flushed, and out of breath. Clutching her hand to her chest Jericho attempted to catch her breath, heaving great gulps of air. "No." She managed to breathe out admits her panting. Ai was patient with her daughter, allowing her to catch her breath before asking another question. "What is it then?" Jericho straightened up, feeling suddenly nervous. Dragon flied began to dance in her stomach and she had no idea why. Here she was, the Xanin Spit Fire, bold and brave and feisty, and she couldn't even ask her mother a simple question without her nerves starting. Of course, it could have been the adrenalin rush still in her veins from the sprint to get here, but still, it should not have been as as it was. The young woman took a deep breath calming herself, ignoring the fact that Madame Masaki was right by her mother's side glaring at her- Jericho. Her amber eyes locked with her mother's the rest of the crowd seeming to vanish as the words left her lips "Can I fly our family's kite this year?"

Xin watched in silent confusion as a wide array of emotion splayed across the other girls face, politely the noble woman folded her hands inside her sleeves keeping her peace even as the well dressed lazy took running off down the streets like an unruly child. She bit back a sigh feeling that the world was coming to an end, what with people acting in manners not befitting of civilized humans, at the same time she was silently awed as how jealous she was of that sort of freedom, it was more than literal constraints. Jericho was held to similar standards she was, it was a state of mind, knowing one was free to do as they please and not caring what others thought.
Herself on the other hand was always nervous, someone was always looking over her shoulder telling her to behave even when she was alone. That simple feeling of being constrained and held under glass to be studied and confined, it was too much to bare sometimes.
Beginning to walk off it seemed that today was not the young womans day, fortune was not shining on her as brightly as it usually did for as she walked past a wooden under hang it collapsed, the man repairing the building had been haphazardly climbing onto the wooden slanted canopy to re adjust his sign. He had managed to loose feeling to his arm. Three people were startled, one got his leg under the mess and Xin was knocked out, bleeding from the forehead from a beam that nearly took her neck.
Startled citizens did what they could, soldiers quickly coming to calm the mess down, no doubt this would be a bit of propaganda set in the paper the next day, perhaps under the guise of a terror attack, or blaming the man for not meeting the codes the gracious fire lord had set out for the. Regardless the young, un-named unknown woman and the man with the injured leg were taken to the nearest clinic. The soldiers bringing the pair in. A younger soldier carrying the girl watching her face nervously as the color drained being replaced with red flowing into her hair. The man at least was conscious, cursing like a sailor. Elder of the three firenation soldiers who came into the front entrance of the clinic cleared his throat. " Excuse me?"

Teiú had some vomiting on the days following his desertion but he judged it was stress brought due the actual happenings. In fact, doctor Praaghi seemed to suspect Teiú was holding vermin.
“Well, first of all…” Teiú spoke, in answer to the pending questions “… My name is Tenma”. It was the name Teiú figured out to be the best. He didn’t want to do the same way he did with Azar. “And, please, correct me if I’m judging the situation wrongly doctor, but I don’t usually eat food from the ground, just in case you suspect I carry vermin with me. Though I must admit my traveling conditions weren’t the best.” A friendly sound on the deserter’s speech.
“And about this thigh’s cut. It was problem with an outlaw on the road. Well, I guess that with the nation in the middle of war the military cannot focus more on the problems with local bandits. That’s why I carry a sword with me.”
Despite the efforts on trying to convince the medic and his assistant being a bit stressful to Teiú he found it a good shot. No lies were told after all and his temper hadn’t delivered him, he thought.
Then, from outside, a loud mess seemed to start. A fight, accident or other event? Teiú's first thought was to leave to see if someone was in need of aid. But a bad feeling came to Teiú. If people got hurt they would be brought to the clinic...
And this could bring on soldiers...

Sekar was lisening to Temna talk, so he stated that he didn't have any parasites. Well none that he knew of, for all Sekar knew Tenma might have tapeworm.
Mixing a tinciture he gave it to Tenma, as he listened to his reasoning.
Bandits? That seemed odd considering the roaming patrols but not all roads are safe. Still Sekar was supicous.
"That is lemon balm ginger poutice, massage around your muscles it will prevent fatuige." Sekar was gonna get him to another room for rest and maybe food, when he heard a knock. Sekar walked over to the door and open it.
People rushed in. Soliders had a young girl and a young man. Sekar noticed that the girl had gash on her head and the man's leg was broken. "Good Agni what happend?" The elder officer explained about the canopy and the accident, "Can you help them Dr. Praaghi" Sekar nodded and called Yuka and Sarumi to help him. "Take them to the 2nd room." Yuka did so as Sekar rushed back to Tenma, He told the travler what happened. "Tomo would lead you to you're room, where you can rest for a little bit." Sekar ran back with gause, anti-septics, thread and needles. Hao and Motoko joined them Sekar began giving painkillers to the man. Motoko told them of the damage. "The young girl is out cold we're dressing and fixing the wound right now. Sekar began to assess the broken leg.
"It's broken but it can be set, Mo' set his leg and splint it." The man was cursing loudly as Sekar worked busily on inserting needle around the leg to help with the pain. The girl was taken care off, and so was the man.
"I hope thats it." Sekar stated

The soldiers nodded and the trio left eager to get back to their positions, plus now they had paperwork to file on the shoddy workmanship of the establishment who's over hand collapsed, no doubt it would mean higher standards and building codes for all the houses in the area. The government enjoyed being very strict with their regulations, in that way everything went smoothly and order was kept in the capital city. One of the guards eyes the shaggy haired young man suspiciously but after a call from one of his fellow officers her left the practicianers office. Still in the back of his mind he questioned why the boy seemed to be familiar.
Xin lay queitly where she was set whimpering softly as the blood was taken care of and the gash on her head was mended. She blinked awkwardly as her eyes fluttered open, slightly hazy from the incident. Her light brown eyes searched the room sering fuzzy figures, with a sigh and a part of a groan she closed her eyes deciding the light was too much for her at the moment. Her mind slowly reeled through the events that lead up to blacking out, she talked to Miss Jericho then she was going to fetch some stationary to write her brothers with.
After that it was pain and black. Opening her eyes again the light was a little less demanding though her head was still pounding relentlessly, the blurred figures seemed a little crisper, not enough to make out faces though, as he eyes readjusted she tenitively moved her hand towards the spot on her forehead where it hurt the most. " W-..Where am I,...."

Some soldiers passed through the corridor. Teiú could distinguish two persons being carried to the second room of what doctor Praaghi spoke. One of the medic’s assistant arrived and started telling what happened to Teiú. “Tomo would lead you to your room […]” It was what the assistant said before leaving the room.
The resting room: a big space with some beds. “I’ll be back in an instant.” Tomo spoke, before walking away through the corridor. Then, following her leave, the soldiers who brought the harmed people passed trough the corridor, as so passing in front of the resting room’s door. The first two just walked by but as the third one gave a small look into the room his eyes stopped on Teiú face. The deserter stood up, frozen by this not so lucky encounter. The soldier seemed to search something in Teiú, perhaps a resemblance with someone he knew. Once his companion called up for him the soldier left the room.
What were the implications of that? Other from the present moment Teiú never had been in Lun Yang before. As so, the only reason Teiú found to explain the interest of the soldier on him is that posters about Teiú might have been spread on the whole city. A moment of exasperation caught the deserter. For now the clinic wasn’t a safe place anymore. Using the private room Teiú changed his clothes for the ones in his backpack. Though ragged in some points due fights, they were clean, at least. After gathering his weapons and equipment Teiú was ready to leave the place. Then a sudden sound called his attention.
On a bed near the window a young girl woke up. It was the one the soldiers brought to the clinic.
“Where am I…” The girl took the point
“Don’t touch it, could bring more harm than good” Teiú grabbed the girl’s hand. “Look, you will be fine, you are in a medical clinic. I heard something about an accident on the square, you must have been caught in the mess.”
Though time was slipping away for Teiú, speaking with the girl helped him regain full control of his situation. But he still needed to get away. Someone could arrive anytime now.

Xins eyes began to focus as she looked at the fuzzy outline of what she assumed was a man, at least by the voice he seemed a little nervous, did he help her? Her manicured hand limply stayed in his giving up her quest to check out the injury, she knew better than to argue with someone after an accident, she might pop some stitches or something or the sort, she couldn't imagine it'd be soothing to do so. She closed her eyes again collecting herself, other than her head she felt fine, and physically aside from her hair being ruffled, fallen from it's style only robes showed a bit of dust from her impact with the ground.
Looking back to the boy she was comforted that she could make him out now, the room wasn't spinning as it had been before. Parting her lips slightly she went to speak but couldn't really formulate what she wanted to say. It came back to her in bits, seeing the beams give way, her eyes widening then black.
Her painted eyes fluttered around the room, she'd never visited this clinic before, usually when her family members were ill they paid for the house calls from some of the elite doctors in the fire nation, this seemed quaint. Nothing she was used to but nice, could this establishment belong to Dr. Praagi, she'd seen him at a few functions and she knew he ran a clinic, but- her head was hurting again, with a small grimace crossing her delicate features she attempted to weakly pull her hand back from the man and sit up. " Thank you..... an awning fell I must have gotten clipped..."

Zhen had seen the whole thing. The wooden structure falling and injuring a young woman, then the girl being being rushed to the very clinic where Zhen had broken a window. Instead of mulling on the past and avoiding the clinic altogether, the elderly firebending master was rather curious of how things transpired. But, knowing the doctor probably wouldn't be pleased with nosy onlookers, Zhen decided to go elsewhere for the time being. With a healthy spring in her step, she walked through the crowds to a place much more peaceful. She would return for the kite-flying competition to admire the grandeur of the colors and style of different family's kites, but for now she felt like escaping the crowd.
Zhen soon found herself ambling through a beautiful park, where few people had congregated. The emptiness was most likely due to the festivities taking place in other parts of town, but Zhen found it inviting. The pavilion amidst the trees and flowers seemed occupied at the moment, but the aged firebender wasn't keen on sitting and waiting at the moment. Far from it, in fact. She felt more of an urge to walk around, perhaps smelling flowers or watching the clouds, simply to pass the time until the main events.
But that didn't stop Zhen from walking by the people to be friendly and say hello. As she neared the two, she noticed they were dressed finely, probably two noblewomen. The difference in age and similar appearances also made Zhen think the two were mother and daughter. But she wouldn't concern herself in their private affairs. As she walked by slowly, she grinned at the two and offered a few kindly words.
"Quite a beautiful day, isn't it? And you two look lovely yourselves."

The accident left Sekar with more work if he was going to get out of this so he can take a break. Mostly eat and use the facilities and maaaaybe fly his kite for the festival. But if only if work was done and he finish treatment. So far the only things that stood in way of glorious lunch and freedom was Tenma and the young girl. Sekar walked into the ward where both of them were kept and had bowl of rice and beef for Tenma. Which he handed it to him. The he set another bowl down by the girl.
He sat down as bushed his hair back. He smile softly as he spoke to the girl, making sure she didn't suffer any pernament damage.
"Now I brought some hot food for ya if you are hungry. Now I am going to ask a few questions, first, do you feel and heavey pain or dizziness, are lightheaded or is your vision blurry? Can you tell me you name and where I can get your parents to pic you up?" Sekar ask wave a finger around making sure here eyes followed it
