Suyuan nodded and looked around herself at the town. It seems so.........poor and minimal. she thought, sighing. Suyuan had a very sheltered upbringing in Lun Yang and barely ever went outside the fire nation. That was until now. After living as a rich man's wife for nine years and having an Admiral for a father for the first sixteen years of her life, Suyuan barely knew of the trouble that other villages were in. But now, she was almost just like them. Poor and minimal. She sighed, wishing for the hundredth time in the past hour that she hadn't done what she did.
Daisuke pulled on his mother's sleeve and said "The lady and that man went in there.". Suyuan snapped out of her trance and nodded, propping up Yurika's head slightly then walking towards the inn. She opened the door at let Daisuke go in first then asked Aneko, "So how much does it cost?".

Aneko turned to Suyuan. "I don't know. Akio is still dealing with the man at the counter." she said looking back at her husband.
Akio sighed slightly and walked back to Aneko and Suyuan. He took out the bag of money that him and Aneko made at the last village they were in and looked at them.
"The cost for a room would be thirty copper pieces." he said with a frown.
Aneko frowned as well. They had enough money, but that would mean spending every little copper piece. They wouldn't have money left for when they would have to buy food and supplies.
Aneko sighed a little and looked at Akio. "Well...we'll just give them the last bit of our money. It's okay. We'll just...work in the market stands and do every job we can do to get more money." she managing to give a very small yet assuring smile.
"Okay." Akio said as he walked back to the counter, giving the man all of their copper pieces. The old man took the bag of money and walked out behind the counter.
"Follow me please." said the man in a very dull voice, looking tired as he started walking down the hall. Akio shrugged as he looked at Aneko and they both followed him.
The man opened up a door to a room. It was a little small, but was able to fit all of them. There were three small, wooden beds with dark green sheets and pillows. There was one wooden window on the wall that showed a little sunlight and a wooden nightstand next to the first bed on the left and the last bed on the right. The floors were wooden as well and there were small candles on the night stands.
"Enjoy your stay." said the old man and walked away back to the counter.
Aneko shrugged slightly. "It's better than nothing." she said trying to sound positive and sat on the bed on the right of the room.

Suyuan grabbed Daisuke's hand and lead him along the halls, following Aneko and Akio. He yawned and stumbled along after his mother, half awake. Yurika was still awake, looking around herself with curious amber eyes. They walked into the room and Suyuan closed the door behind her. The room was simple and plain, she decided and she yearned for her nice bed in the Fire Nation. She looked around and finally sat down on a bed near the wall. Daisuke gingerly walked over and climbed into the bed, letting his head rest in his mother's lap. He fell asleep almost immediately and Suyuan shifted slightly and put Daisuke's head on a pillow instead of her knee and kissed him on the cheek lightly. She cradled Yurika in her arms and said "I can pay you two back. I might have enough money.". She hated to feel indebted to someone, especially when they had just met.
Yurika rested her head in the crook of her mother's arm and feel asleep also, tired from all the day's activities.

"Oh no. You don't need to do that. That's very nice of you though. Thanks." Akio said as he sat on the bed next to Aneko.
"Yes. We'll just get jobs out here in the village to get some more money for food and supplies." Aneko added to Akio's statement.
Akio put their travel bag on the bed next to him and opened it. Only a few pairs of clothes, about two to four pairs, a large blanket for sleeping outside, two apples, and Akio’s one foot knife could be found. He sighed a little and clothes the bag again. Aneko took out her kamas from her cloth belt and put them in the bag. She laid on the bed and looked up at the ceiling of the small room. She was very tired, yet she couldn’t stop thinking about Jeng Li. She wanted to find him really bad. This journey was taking too long for her. She just sighed heavily as her dark green eyes shimmered slightly. After a few moments, she fell asleep.
Akio smiled a little at this and got up from his spot on the bed. He covered his wife a little with the dark green sheets and laid on the bed in the middle of them. He took the sheets on his bed and covered himself a little, falling sleep soon afterwards.

Suyuan nodded and layed down on the small mattress that had been supplyed for them. She gently laid Yurika next to her and moved Daisuke so his head rested on the pillow. Kissing both of her children on the forehead, Suyuan sat on the end of the bed, humming to herself quietly.
But, Suyuan did not intend on going to sleep that night. She got up from her spot at the foot of the bed and walked over to where she had put her knapsack. She looked around the room, trying to find things that would be of use to her on her journey to Bai Seng Sai to find her younger brother. She picked up the candles and blew the flame out then stored the candles in her bag. She continued to look around the room but couldn't find anything else. She reached into the sleeve of her dark red tunic and pulled out a small, bronze coin. She sighed, it was all the money she had left.
Suyuan tiptoed over to where Aneko and Akio were sleeping and put the coin on the nightstand. She pulled open the drawer of the nightstand and found a sheet of paper. She quietly ripped off the sheet and pulled the same drawer open and found a pencil like writing utensil. Using her best handwriting, Suyuan wrote down in traditional characters "Thank you for coming with us this far and paying for our stay in this hotel. I will be eternally grateful though I must bid you goodbye. I wish you luck on your search for this man though I have no doubt that you will be able to find him. -Suyuan formerly of the Tyan household.". She placed the on the nightstand and walked over to her bed where Daisuke and Yurika were sleeping.
Suyuan gently nudged Daisuke awake causing him to whine. She put her finger to her sleeps and muttered, "We have to go. I'll carry you, don't worry.". A disgruntled and half asleep Daisuke nodded sleepily and reached up for his mother to pick him up.
"Wait one moment. I need to wake your sister." Suyuan muttered and she walked over to Yurika and picked up the small infant who let out a small cry. Suyuan gave the infant a pleading look and attached the small child to the sling around Suyuan's back. She walked back to Daisuke and lifted him up also.
And with that, she walked out of the room and out of the inn, not looking over her shoulder. It's for the best. We need to keep moving if we want to be able to reach Bai Seng Sae before Bo finds us. she thought and she ventured into the forest, just as the sun began to rise.
Suyuan has left the area.
