Where: Tachi Dai. The Fire Nation pulls a sneak attack on the minimal soldiers and guards there.

When: Dusk.

I count as one, and I shall be the FN commander leading the assault. I need one EK captain, and guard captian. Other than that, I need more FN than EK. And no, no characters. It's just random, so it doesn't matter.
