Idea about bender profiles

So...here goes. Say the coin flip comes up tails when the profile mod reviews a profile for a bender. But, my idea is that an a time period could be allowed to pass, after which the profile could be resubmitted and the coin could be flipped again. Now, there would be a limits on how many times that same person could do this, after which that character has to be changed to a non-bender or never be submitted again.

There you have it – my idea in a nutshell.

I should have made myself clearer. I meant to say that this rule could apply to profiles that are being submitted, but have not been accepted...
