How advance is Avatar's verse's medicine would be? Did they understood the reasons dieases and bacteria, did they have drugs and microscopes. How would they analyaze kadavires and body samples?

Good question. Wish I knew myself. Best guess would be to do some research on medical practices and preceptions. To be more specific at least in India, China, Japan, Korea and Muslim territories pre-1500s but maybe before 1000s-1100. I can come up with two sites that may help off the top of my head. China History Forum All Empires History Forum (which doesn't seem to working at the moment) And as usual there's the good ol' search engines.

I'd imagine that the medical knowledge in Avatar is still primarly based on herbology and perhaps a little mysticism. They'd likely attribute some illnesses to poor chi flow, and would likely use accupuncture.
I doubt they'd actually know that sicknesses are caused by microorganisms and that they don't have microscopes for the purpose of observing cells. There's probably some places where people actually study medicine, but it's probably nothing more complex than the kind of techniques the Romans had.

Despite not having the knowledge of microorganisms acupuncture, herbal medicines, and other such practices are actually effective. They also have proven the existence of "qi" and can treat people based on their chi flow.

In the Avaverse, yeah, but for some reason I read that as chi being proven in the real world... My brain my have just skipped a beat for a moment there... ^^;
