Everyday we're going to discuss a new element in the series, ending on Day Seven. Discussions will get closer to major plot points as the week goes on.
Oh, did I mention the best discussions will be rewarded with GOLD?
DAY ONE
Reoccuring minor characters~
Is the cabbage guy coming back? How? What about the CFG? Anyone else? Who is everyone's favorites? Who will play a bigger role, or become a major plot point?

I don't think we'll see much of the crazy foaming guy...much to my dismay. *sigh* But it'd be GREAT to see the cabbage guy!

I think the most important secondary characters that need to be seen are Suki and the Kyoshi warriors... We've been on the cliffhanger of their ultimate fate for the last 5 episodes, and I'd be amazed if Sokka doesn't react in some way to the notion that Azula and the others crossed paths with them.

I'm curious about how Sokka will handle all that as well. I mean, first season he lost Yue...how will he react to the notion that Azula and the Kyoshi Warriors tangled...and Azula came out the victor in it all? Makes for a situation ripe with drama...
Other characters to think about? Hrm...well, we get the idea that Teo ends up with a tank...it'll be neat to see how all of THAT is brought into it.
What about the Earth King? Think he'll be taking an active role in guiding the EK military, now that Ba Sing Se has fallen??

Okay, this is really funny. Me and my friends had this huge argument over who was more important: Suki or Jet. Jet got into it because, frankly, he's in many more episodes than Suki. Count 'em, he's in: Jet, The Serpent's Pass and The Drill, City of Walls and Secrets, and Lake Laogai.
However, unlike Jet - who lost all hopes of becoming closer to Katara when he went crazy in his first appearance - Suki is connected to a main character and is mentioned in an episode. Now, that's not coming to much, but think about it. Last we saw her, she was about kick some serious butt. The Avatar creators left us on a cliff-hanger, and Mike and Brian seem to never do that sort of stuff without reason.
I think we've seent he last of the Cabbage guy, just because Season 3 will probably be based in the Fire Nation. But, then again, the season probably won't start off in the FN, probably somewhere in the Earth Kingdom. Anyways, getting off track.
I think Suki will come back just because, you know, she's important. In her own special sort of way. The creators (that sounds really weird; "the creators") really worked on her character I think.
And it would really suck for Sokka to lose another girlfriend. Poor guy has no luck with the gals.

Hmm, well, there might be air NOMADS left. But not airbenders. The title does say THE LAST AIRBENDER. Not the last air NOMAD. XD Maybe some escaped the attacks. Besides, as far as we know, the Fire Nation only attacked the temples. Its possible, that there were air nomads that weren't benders, and therefore did not live on the mountains. We do know that there were segregated temples for lady monks and man monks, and we do know that Aang has accepted the fact that he, yes, he is the last airbender...but it never specified if he was the last nomad.
I think that maybe, somewhere in the Earth Kingdom, there might be an air nomad in hiding. Maybe. And what about Guru Patik (sp?). Was he nomad or just a plain ol' guru? Because that would make a difference.

0.o Well Ive been thinkin that for a long time but I can't come to a conclusion since I want it to happen but at the same time I don't want it to happen.
i cant wait for season 3
* 4 more days*
I cant wait to see Aang battle with all 4 elements, and I can't wait to see more Zuko in action
Ive also got my own image of the Season 3 ending, I figure they will probably defeat many firebenders during the day of black sun but before Aang can defeat Ozai the sun will come out again, here there will be an epic final battle between Aang and Ozai... as well as a final showdown between Zuko and Azula, where Zuko will finally use that one move to redirect lightning
