An Earth Kingdom guard goes to a bulletin board posts up what appears to be another wanted posted. The man subjected on the piece of paper is the face of a tattooed man in a dark robe. It says:
Wanted: Butcherer of the Dark
Wanted for: 1st degree murder, conspiracy, theft and arson
Considered EXTREMELY dangerous
Last known whereabouts: Ba Seng Sei
1,000 gold reward for his capture: dead or alive
