So, obviously the BSS invasion is scrapped. That means we need to figure out something to do with our wayward soldiers, and if anyone's interested, I may have an idea.

With a couple acts of convenience, we could easily get a kind of secondary campaign going military wise, one that could include any and all soldier/warrior characters on one side or another, as the Fire Nation attempts to lock down the northwestern peninsula of the Earth Kingdom. Not looking for anything PvP wise, really, so much as an event that would could create an interesting story out of involving the characters on either side. The Fire Nation would be trying to capture cities and cut off the region's supply lines, while the EK would be defending and trying to get civilians out of the region.

Anyone up for it? Ideas would also be welcome.

Doesn't the Fire Nation have the western half of the EK map around this time? So you mean eastern, right?

Um, howzaboot this for an "acts of convenience"--FN soldiers (Zilong, Vu, Kuni, etc.) chase off the SWT at Chameleon Bay. SWT sets sail with Saghani's NWT. FN ships can travel up Chameleon Bay to Ba Seng Se to pretty much isolate and siege the city virtually unchallenged. And we can leave the GAang, Ozai Angels and Hapless Prince to do their thing from there. Meanwhile, FN soldiers such as Zilong and Vu move into their second campaign which is pretty much what you said.

Zat help along with breeding the plot-bunnies?

I had actually meant western, as in kind of a last pocket of EK territory there, but this could work to...only it's basically only good for one thread and not much else.

Any ideas how this could tie in to something larger? I'm working under the assumption that the siege isn't going to happen at this point, since really it's probably not.
