In the past few days, things were quite clearly not the same. Azar had learned so much about Ravi, and Ravi about Azar. While unsure about Ravi's personal thoughts on the matter, Azar grew rather moody. He knew people would often show undesireable traits, especially by his own standards, yet he was more disappointed in himself. Why did he have to rush into things? Why did he have to be so blind with childish infatuation? He may have felt a strong emotional bond with Ravi, but insecurity would rear its ugly head many a time.
Washing of one of the Lovely Lotus' tables, Azar wore his typical plum-colored vest over a salmon pink hanfu, tied at the waist with a Persian red cord with cordovan pants and burgundy shoes. A white apron covered his front, stained a pale brown by tea several times since boarding at the place. As he moved the damp towl over the surface in lethargic circular motions, he let out a sigh. Was this really where he wanted to be? He may have had a steady income, and pleasant borders who cared not for his sexuality, but he still felt that life was dissatisfactory. He knew Ravi was fond of him, and he was certain of his fondness for Ravi, but it wasn't enough.
Slowly making his way toward the basin in the kitchen, washrag spattering small drops of water onto the floor with each of his steps, his sunken mood was clear. Indra across the room, enjoying a cup of orange pekoe tea, seemed to observe Azar's every move. So slow and depressed they seemed as Azar made no effort to conceal his feelings. Even as he wrung out the cloth into the basin, his gaze out the window seemed longing, like he had lost someone dear and was awaiting their return. Stroking his chin, Indra used his keen perceptive abilities to ascertain Azar's problem, but he would wait until Ravi were near to say anything at all. In the meantime, the husky young man known as Azar was go about his daily chores with a sullen and disappointed appearance.

"So like I was saying. Gai Fong has been dating this fat chick Tama, she's cute, but she's like MASSIVE, but he seems to be a chubby chaser so it all good but now I hear Gai has been cheating on Luli....with this hot chick that came from the colonies."
The girls that Ravi has been serving gasp as the dance spilled the latest gossip. The girls lean over and shared their news with Ravi. "Wow I knew something was up when Luli was all quiet when went shopping," A girl with pink lip stick said shocked.
Ravi continue, "Oh it gets better so I heard from my friend's brother that the hot chick that Gai was cheating Luli with happens to be a..... lesiban" There was a gasp around the table, and a mutal "No ways" Ravi nodded gravely.
"It's true Gai isn't getting any or least he isn't trying and Jia-Jia the hot chick, is getting plenty of hot girly a** from my friends cousin, perv caught them making out." The girls gasped again. "Wow we half to tell Luli now, thank Ravi, their might be hope for her." Getting a few gold Ravi sauntered into the kitchen to see Indra and Azar.
The dancer sighed however, Ravi and Azar had been getting along well. But Azar grew moody and sullen and Ravi had been taking in instride, there was not thing the dancer could really do but sigh and keeping dancing and working, he felt fooled. That the guy he met almost a week ago could still be so warm and caring now. It feels that Azar has locked himself away and Ravi can't open him up. With a rather dismal sigh Ravi turned to go back to serve more darjeling. When Indra spoke up.
"Well you boys seem to be working hard. Hmmmm Ravi how would you like that Vaction time...and Azar you're still knew to the city....I think I can be fair and let you have a break too.."

The wet rag fell from his hand, landing with a moist splat on the floor, as Azar was quickly distracted by Indra's offer of freedom. Swiftly, he grabbed the cloth from the floor and allowed a small grin to form from his lips. From his place across the kitchen, his voice carried over to Indra. "Oh, thanks."
He could have been more grateful, but it was what one could expect from Azar. He could feel his mood rising, even though tensions still existed between him and Ravi, not to mention his sullen expression changed very little. Still, he expressed his gratitude in some small, unnoticeable, and insignificant way befitting of Azar himself. Flinging the rag back into the basin, he walked over to Ravi and wrapped his arms around his slender waist from behind. After giving a small yet almost hesitant kiss on Ravi's neck, he said; "That'll be fun, won't it?"
So he hoped. Perhaps that vacation time would be exactly what they needed.

After have been told that by Indra Ravi squealed in glee. "Yes finally!" Azar seemed perky about the news as well. Ravi felt his lips on his neck. He timidly heard him say "That'll be fun, won't it?" Ravi gave him a playful kiss on the cheek as he walked upstairs to pack. "Yep! Finally a day to relax"
Three days later and after a long agurment with Una about clothing choices previously. The two where on a ferry to Barazoku Beach. Ravi heard from Bai Wei that it was partial to people like him and very welcoming as well. So it was no suprise that Ravi had the weekend at a cabin there. With plenty of sea, fun and food Ravi was excited.
Dress in slime crimson tunic with a cherry red sarong and his mahongy sandals. A large sun had with scarlet ribbon fluttered at in the wind as Ravi reading a guide on Barazoku Beach.
"Ooooh there is a lodge where you can go for dancing, they have also have a spa. Oooh oh! A nude beach too!! Mmmmmmm Azzy what do you want to do?"

It happened so fast that it left Azar with a slew of mixed feelings. He was somewhat excited, fairly confused, a little hungry, and quite irratable. Part of him didn't even believe Bai Wei's claim that such a place existed, even though their ferry took them there before they knew it. Azar had been to beach resorts before, but none that hosted a group of people that shared a very defining trait with him.
When they disembarked the vessel, Azar was stuck carrying his sanxian case strapped to his back, with his tightly-packed traveling sack hanging by his side. For the warm climate, he wore salmon pink shorts that reached his knees, with a snug, lightweight amaranth vest trimmed with wide canary yellow borders covering his top half. With his hand on one strap, he looked through the bright sunlight at the whole place. Ravi seemed preoccupied, babbling about possilities at the place, but Azar could only return a short mumble as he beheld that the place was entirely populated by the same gender.
Men everywhere, and a certain pair of gray eyes couldn't take in the sights quick enough. He almost regretted being taken already, even though he and Ravi had yet to confess actual true love for each other. Fooling around was a lot more fun that commitment anyway. Even if he stayed with Ravi the entire time, telling all nearby the two were an item, that still wouldn't slow down Azar's wandering eye.
Even as a fairly attractive man sauntered by the two, then whistled and winked in their general direction, Azar immediately returned a flirtatious smirk. As the fellow moved straight past, Azar suddenly started to think that Ravi was the target. With jealousy in mind, arms crossed and face rather grumpy, he started to wonder if Ravi was out of his league.

Getting off the ferry Ravi looked around the resort finding himself surrounded men of every kind. Ravi couldn't help but blush.
"ooooh. Azar lets check in." Ravi suggested as the walked down the boardwalk to the Barazoku Inn. It was quite pleasent looking. White and creme it was very pretty, Ravi sauntered up and rang the bell.
DING! A tall man with short black hair and soft brown eyes appear he had some stuble but he looked quite hansome. He smiled pleasently at Ravi. "Hello gentlemen how may I help you?" The man asked looking at the couple. Ravi smiled sunnily as he asked for a reservation by Indra Fa'ying. "We yes, are you Ravi and Azar?" The desk cleirc asked. Ravi nodded handed him the despoist for the rooms. "Yes we're here for the weekend. I'm Ravi his charming fellow with the saxian is Azar." The man shook Ravi hand. "Xio Kai welcome, let me show you to your room." Xio Kai took the up a flight of stairs and handed Ravi a key. "If you fellas need anything don't be afriad to ask for me Enjoy your stay." Xio Kai winked at Ravi as the dancer entered his room.
Ravi sighed as the white walled room with a spacious balcony opened up. A table with bowl of peaches well as large bed and vainty as well. Ravi couldn't help but giggle. "Oooh Indra didn't cut any corners when Indra said he knew someone he wasn't just kidding. Thank you boss. Azar put your things down." Ravi said lightly as he walked into the balcony and stood looking out to the ocean.
"So what should we do first, we can go swimming play Kuei ball, walk on the beach, or go to the spa, maybe we can island ermmm party or something." Ravi listed off as he turned his head at Azar.

As Ravi handled matters, leading him through the hotel up to their room, he was far too distracted by the plethora of attractive men to notice or care what was going on. He simply followed quietly, trusting that Ravi would lead him where they ought to go. As they got to the hotel room, he dropped his belongings beside the bed and whistled, eyes looking the place up and down. It was clear that the place had style and class, not lacking any sort of funding. The bed was nice and comfortable, and the entire place was spotless. Unlike most locales where Azar spent the night on his travels, there was nothing to complain about at Barazoku Inn.
When Ravi spoke, Azar's attention was caught. There were plenty of things to do, people to gawk at, so many decisions to make that Azar could only scratch his head in confusion. "Hmm, good question. Maybe we can go play kuai ball? I've never played before. I kind of want to go partying too. But it all sounds fun. I say we start with a simple walk."
Eyes drifting over to the window, he allowed a smirk to break his otherwise gloomy visage. "A nice, romantic walk..."

Looking at the cerulan blue water Ravi felt suprisingly conent. He didn't have to worry about work, Lun Yang or dancing or anybody. He sighed, feeling a sense of freedom as he gazed out. Wondering if this is what it's like to really have freedom..
Azar's suggestion of a walk sounded nice. Ravi could find seashells and give them as gifts to Gita and Una. The sea breeze ruffled with Ravi's hair and sarong as he grabbed a basket and his hat.
"That sounds like a plan Azzy." Ravi said putting the key around his neck and heading outside. Walking downstairs Ravi waved to Xio Kai as he headed down to the beach with his basket.
The clear warm ocean water was refreashing as Ravi started his walk down the beach. The surf licked his heels as he looked for conchs, scallop shells and clam shells. He found a pretty magenta conch shell. As he walked down the beach the wind ruffling his sarong, which then took his hat.
"AHH NO!" Ravi chased his hat down the beach shouting. "AH give it back!"

Ravi at his side, the golden-eyed dancer closer to the shore, Azar spent most of the walk with his arms crossed loosely. Contrasting the lively Ravi, who currently chased his hat in the wind, Azar seemed much calmer. Casually observing as his lover ran before him, Azar's pace stayed the same, though his arms fell loosely to his side. Gaze drifting toward the sea, he slowly came to a stop, standing and staring out at the lapping waves. It was such a beautiful place, such a nice moment, but Azar still felt like something was missing. In fact, he almost felt trapped...
In a place where he could theoretically take his pick, he wasn't fond of being tied down. Ravi may have been a kind and considerate guy, but the sheer thrill Azar thought he would find in playing the field was calling in a sweet and alluring voice. He had no reason to hide his true self at this resort, but he could only wonder if Ravi shared the same idea. He would drop a few hints to the dancer, but Azar strongly hoped he could have his cake and eat it too.

Ravi chased his hat down the beach. Grumbling about the wind and the fact his hair was a mess. His hat stopped near the kuai ball court. Ravi was going to pick it up. When a large and muscular man pick it first.
"It's breezing out isn't it?" Said the man, he had gentle brown eyes and long black hair tied into a pony tail. Ravi smiled sheepishly at him and his three friends.
"I'm Topan, the guy in the red vest is Yuda and the bandana is Dumadi and of course my firebending cousin Banyu." The guys waved at Ravi and walked over to talk to him and Banyu waved down Azar. Ravi figited with his hat before introducing himself.
"I'm Ravi and Azar is my friend over there." Topan waved at him and had his hands on his hips. Yuda winked at Azar.
"So did you to just get here?" Ravi nodded, "Umm Azar and I we're taking a walk down the beach..I was collecting shells did I disturb your game." Topan laughed, Yuda snickered as he leaned on a pole.
"Nah we were just screwing around, Say, Ravi would you and your friend like to our beach party tonight. Lots of food and dancing. Hey even Banyu is gonna do a fire dance for us too, so you want to come?"
Ravi looked at Azar before saying.
"Sure!"

Hearing Ravi's voice in the distance, Azar turned to see him in the presence of four men. Two of them looked rather average, one was fairly attractive, while one of them really caught his eye. He once more cursed silently his vague and minor commitment to Ravi, not being able to have his pick while staying at the place. Azar soon began to walk over to them, pulling at the rim of his vest to make sure it covered his midsection entirely. He really was annoyed with that garment, wondering if it shrank or something since his last visit to the beach at Lishui Village. Still, his cross attitude was obviously clear through his facial expression.
Stopping somewhere near Ravi, he put his hands in his pocket while trying not to gawk at the most attractive guy near the one in the bandana, the man in the vest, and the one who Azar first saw talking to Ravi. Offering a quick wave, he said; "Hey guys. I guess Ravi already introduced me."
"Stupid thing," he murmured as he pulled at the hem of his vest, rolling his eyes at the inanimate piece of amaranth and canary yellow cloth he wore. He decided to take it off entirely, just because of what grief it gave him. As he stood wearing nothing but shorts, he held the rolled-up vest in his hand. Knowing that Ravi looked back at him moments earlier and said something affirmative, he couldn't help but ask; "So what are we up to?"

The boys all watch Azar struggle with his hanfu messing with the hem. Topan laughed a little as he stroked Ravi’s cheek. And whispered to him. “looks like your friend, enjoys his meals.” Ravi playfully smacked him.
“Show some manners, it isn’t right to poke fun.” The kuai boys laughed agreed. Dumadi nodded and heard Azar’s question. “Topan invited you and your cute friend to a party on the beach, at sundown, it’s gonna be great, lots of fresh seafood.” Yuda and Banyu agreed. Ravi tilted his head coyly and asked.
“Can you tell me about this place? Bai Wei told me this was the only gay resort in the nation, did the Fire Lord decide to group us all to together like lepers?” Yuda and Dumadi laughed at the joke. “Oh good one Ravi!” Yuda responed, Topan answered the dancer’s question.
“Actually, it used to be a spot for the Air Nomads; according to tradition, men from the temples came here to relax and escape the temple life for awhile. The name of the resort was given by the wild jungle roses here, some say planted by the air monks. Some how over the years and during the start of the war it became a sanctuary for homosexual men to escape the draft, now it’s became a tourist attraction especially for the homosexual, though we do get lesbians and straight couples once in a while, the resort is primarily run and visited by gay men. We don’t know why maybe cause it’s always been “guys only club’” Ravi laughed and nodded, “It sounds like it, thanks for the info Topan, do you work here?” Topan laughed and winked. “Sort of, I live on island near by so I come here often.” Ravi smiled, Topan was very fasinating guy, he was really starting to like him.

Oh, how he deserved whatever came to him. Azar clinched his fist, ready to deck him in the face and call him a shallow idiot. But Ravi seemed to take care of that himself, albeit in a much calmer and nicer manner. Though his fist dropped to his side, Azar was prepared to dish out whatever else was needed. Fat jokes were enough. Azar knew he didn't need to be reminded of his weight, much less have it rubbed in his face. Not everyone was so sparklingly flawless as to have a perfect body.
Nobody was perfect, and Azar knew that. But it still annoyed him. He had really lost respect for that guy, and was rather perturbed that he was so touchy-feely with Ravi. Granted, he knew he didn't own Ravi, and would have been more than happy to carouse Barazoku Beach unrestrained, but he had hoped Ravi had more sense than that.
Flaring his nostrils, the matter calmed down when a party was mentioned. His face muscles loosening, Azar raised his flat eyebrows at the invitation. He couldn't help but roll his eyes when Bai Wei's statement was mentioned, but what he heard from Topan afterward sounded like nothing more than lifeless droning and babbling. Azar didn't pay attention, nor did he care about the history of the resort and what Topan had to say on the matter. He was content to be there, though perhaps not in the vicinity of that jerk.
"I'm gonna go take a look around. I'll meet up with you later." Feeling only the slightest traces of jealousy when Ravi kicked the flirting up another notch, he put his hand on the dancer's shoulder and pecked him on the cheek. He then quickly paced away, his vest draped over his shoulder as he remained topless. Looking down at his feet before him with each step, partially obscured from view by his belly, he couldn't get that simpleton's words out of his head.

The kuai ball player noticed the anger in Azar’s body language as he clenched his fist. He seemed like a moody person. Probaby prone to fits of anger and angst. He doesn’t seem to be Ravi’s lover but Topan couldn’t tell. Until Azar spoke out
"I'm gonna go take a look around. I'll meet up with you later." Ravi gave a faint grin as Azar kissed his cheek and pudgy man walked away. Once out of hearing range Topan and his buddies leaded Ravi to shady spot on the beach and continued their conversation.
Ravi couldn’t help but feel guilty when Azar walked away, but he was a fool to believe that Azar wanted to be stuck with him. He had a feeling that Azar wouldn’t want to be held down, by him, so he shrugged as Azar trudged off, leaving Ravi guilty and jealous.
Topan went on about the inn, the spa and the beach. “I think it very pretty after a small storm, and the hiking is nice, I know a spot with a pretty waterfall.” Ravi nodded and drank his cold fruit drink. He liked Topan, and if Azar was gonna act like moody prick, well good for him. Ravi wasn’t gonna let this opertunity pass him.
“I would like too see the waterfall some time Topan.”

Grumbling to himself, Azar walked down the beach with his eyes still aimed at the ground. He really couldn't get over that jerk, much less Ravi falling for him head over heels. The thought buzzed about his head like an angry scorpion-bee, leading him to clinch his jaw and fists repeatedly as he walked. He honestly didn't know what made him angrier. Azar just knew he was angry, and few things would relieve his tension quickly. Eventually upon reaching the boardwalk, he slumped down on the edge and sat as people walked behind him. Resting his elbows on his knees, his hands on his face, Azar let out a sigh. Whatever was he to do...?
Soon passed a minute or two of sulking, wherein Azar felt completely hopeless and miserable. Until a new face brightened his day. From the silence came a smooth and sympathetic voice that caught Azar's attention in a heartbeat. "You look so lonely. What's wrong, sugar?"
Azar turned to see an alluring sight, in a tall and slender fellow. His hair was partly set in a topknot, with bangs parted to the left that trailed down the sides of his face, while the hair on the back and sides of his head fell freely. Wispy strands of hair hung over his left eye, obscuring it partly but still keeping his soft amber pupils in plain sight. His beige skin had no blemishes in sight, other than the freckles across his nose and a beauty mark under his left eye, and his rosy lips curled into an attractive grin. Part of him reminded Azar of Ravi, though the two looked very different. Perhaps it was the mannerisms, but Azar wasn't concerned with such subtle details. As he rose from his seated position, a grin sprawled on his face, he looked the fellow up and down. From the tip of his hair, to the open-fronted alizarin vest with flame-like golden borders and the pair of baggy dark mulberry pants he wore, Azar thought he was quite attractive. Smiling, he responded with a witty tone; "I'm fine now. The name's Azar."
Pressing the tip of his thumb to his chest, Azar's grin became rather flirtatious. He was smitten, though not like he felt with Ravi. Though he felt a certain guilt tug at his heartstrings, Azar shrugged it off. Meeting his eyes with those of the young man before him, the fellow delicately raised his hand to his chest and replied; "My name is Fu Yin. I'm charmed to meet you."
Instead of returning a polite and courteous word, Azar simply held his lascivious grin. As gray orbs drifted around the area, a thought came to his head. He may as well pick up where he left off with Ravi, walking on the beach. For all he knew, this fellow could be a better version of Ravi.
"Please, join me for a walk." Gently, after Fu Yin nodded demurely, he looped his hand around Fu Yin's palm and laced their fingers. Noting Fu Yin begin to smile and blush, Azar took a few steps ahead. "So, tell me about yourself."
