Topan watched Azar walk off with the other man. He looked at Ravi who was talking with Dumadi. When Topan suggested. Hey! Come with us to the waterfall now. Yuda and Banyu nodded. "Yeah Ravi you would love it." Ravi smiled and nodded. "Ok Let me tell Azzy where I am go-" Ravi saw Azar turn to the beach with another man, hands together. A hot rush of jealously burned through the dancer. Still he could have expected this. But it still hurt, though. Stand up and brushing the sand off, he looked to Topan and said "Lets go."
Traving through the jungle and rainforest. Topan showed them a small pool with a waterfall, pouring into it. Ravi smiled brightly, it was beautiful, he could never figured water, his oppisit to be so...powerful. He took off his sarong and waded into the water. It was so revitalizing and cool. He sighed as he beckoned his new friends to join him with a wave of his hand.
"C'mon the water is great!" Topan splash through as Yuda and Dumadi ran up a ledge to jump of the falls.
Banyu just sat looking at them.
"You monkeys are gonna get hurt"

Azar allowed a smug grin to cross his face as he walked down the beach, listening to Fu Yin spout what seemed like random facts about himself. Azar paid attention to a few things the slim fellow said, but mostly smiled and nodded as his attention shifted more toward gawking at Fu Yin's incredible body. His defined abs were indeed captivating. Azar only wished he had the motivation to develop his own musculature, rather than staying the fat loser he perceived himself to be. Raising a finger to Fu Yin's lips, eliciting a rather surprised look, Azar grinned. "Shh, say no more. I now know enough about you..."
The latter was a complete lie, but Azar managed to convince Fu Yin otherwise. Spirits knew Fu Yin liked the sound of his own voice anyway, if only from what Azar could assume. "Let me tell you more about myself. I'm twenty-one, from Lun Yang, and I play the sanxian for a living."
Loosing his much-smaller hand from Azar's grip, Fu Yin joined it with its twin, fingers clasped. With movements and inflections that were somewhat girlish, he gushed; "Oh, I love music! Your songs must be divine."
Pursing his lips for a second, Azar chuckled. Almost as though he grasped the lapel of his invisible hanfu, he brought his fist to his chest. "They are...in my own humble opinion."
Fu Yin giggled a bit before stepping away from Azar. It seemed the young man was utterly enthralled with the musician, evident with his eyes wandering up and down Azar's stocky figure. Crossing his arms, Azar raised an eyebrow. "Do I impres you that much?"
Oh, how those words sparked a fire. He remembered those words were exactly what he said to Ravi on that fated night, where passion reigned supreme. His face growing blank, arms lowered to his sides, he stayed completely silent. Fu Yin, concerned, swished up to Azar and tilted his head. "Is something wrong?"
Letting out a sigh, he walked ahead with Fu Yin, holding his hand. He was suddenly filled with a gnawing pain of guilt, but overlooked it due to his future chances. "Nothing. You don't need to worry at all, sweet thing. So tell me, where you from?"
Letting go of Azar's hand, Fu Yin looked shocked. He had told Azar almost everything about himself, making it clear the musician wasn't listening. This seemed to upset Fu Yin greatly. His amber eyes narrowing, he put his hands on his hips. "I just told you. Weren't you listening? Obviously not. I think I'll spend my time with someone who cares..."
As his hand grazed his forehead, Azar watched Fu Yin walk away. He supposed it wasn't meant to be, but still asserted that he didn't deserve such treatment. Grumbling, he decided to shout out to Fu Yin. "Good riddance, ya bastard!"
Kicking sand, Azar pivoted and headed the opposite direction as Fu Yin. He was cross and upset, and probably wouldn't recover for quite some time. That is, until he saw a fairly alluring sight or two at an open-air bar at the boardwalk. Rubbing his fingertips against his beard, he made haste in heading over. The day may have been ruined thus far, but that could always be changed. Leaning against the wooden counter, Azar raised his hand. "Barkeep! Gimme your best drink."
Despite the relativity of Azar's request, the bartender nodded and turned toward the rows of bottles behind him. Then, Azar rested his fist on his cheek and turned toward the fellow beside him. He seemed just as attractive as the musician's last failed encounter, though a bit more stocky and muscular. Smirking, Azar said; "So...come here often?"

The man looked over at Azar and lifted an eyebrow before sipping his sugar cane and lime drink.
"Not really, I don't live near by I'm from Hokage. I'm Jivan." The man with dark hair, but it was far lighter in on the tips. It was short but spiked up, eyes where round and and amber. He seemed moody almost depressed as he sipped his drink vollying conversation. "You alone or do you have a friend."
Meanwhile Ravi was having a blast at the falls. It was almost late and the guys were getting read to go. Dumadi kissed Yuda's cheek before going.
"I'm going to help Mihir with setting up the party. I'll hang out with you guys at the party." Dumadi left leaving the others at the falls. Banyu was splashing his feet in the pool, While Yuda jumped off the tops again. Topan sighed.
"So where are you from?" Ravi replied as he pick some hibiscus of a bush. "I'm from Lun Yang, I grew up there." Topan took the flower and put in his hair.
"I see, what do yo do there? Do you have family?" Ravi felt the petals as he spoke back looking at the sandy ground. "I'm dancer at a teahouse and cafe, I also help at a bakery. I have four sisters at home." Topan smiled.
"I have four brothers, all in war actually." Ravi blinked as he gathered his sarong and tied it on. Yuda and Banyu started to head back to the beach party. "I see, shouldn't be fighting too then?" Topan chuckled as he leaned over to kissed Ravi's lips smiling. "Nah, I'm not a warrior.."

Azar wasn't fond of this Jivan fellow, to be frank. He seemed so down, sullen even as he swished his drink around. As an unfamiliar-looking drink was slid in front of him, Azar grabbed it and sniffed. To him, it smelled like a mixture of mead and something else. Perhaps coconut, or some other tropical ingredient. Taking a sip, he smacked his lips. Turning to the fellow, who despite being attractive, showed a major turn-off with his somber attitude. "No, I'm alone..."
No mention of Ravi whatsoever. It was true, since his former lover had run off with that Topan fellow and his friends. As much as Azar tried to discern details about the fellow, whose hair seemed to have been dyed by mendhi, he couldn't overlook the angst behind those glimmering amber eyes. Whether Azar realized it or not, Jivan was a lot like him in that regard. Still, maybe some effort could be made. "Hmm. I grew up in Hokage, but I live in Lun Yang now. Are there many of...our type there these days?"
He hoped the halfhearted attempt at conversation would be fruitful somehow.

Jivan continue to drink, finishing his. He adjusted himself on the stool.
"Hmm. I grew up in Hokage, but I live in Lun Yang now. Are there many of...our type there these days?"
"Our type? Well I don't know. Whats it like in Lun Yang? Do you have something there?" Jivan smiled, it was pretty eye catching and cheerful. His mood seemed to be brighting up. "I work as carpender in Hokage, what do you do there?"
As the party at it's full volume on the southern edge of the beach. Topan and Yuda were doing tricks. The other people brough all sorts off food. Many said "Happy birthday Topan." Others patted him on the back. Apparently it's was Topan's 22nd birthday. Ravi was by himself drinking and looking sullen on a log. Dumadi was dancing with Mahir. He man was tall and muscular. Dark skinned and bald he looked hansome to Ravi...well sorta. Half drunk he thought everyone was cute.
Topan walked over to the sullen dancer. "Hey cutie you just got lei'd" A lei of hibiscus was around Ravi's neck. He looked up at Topan and shrugged. "C'mon sweetie dance with me!" Ravi shook his head. "I'm waiting for Azar.." Topan sighed and tilted Ravi's head up. Golden eyes met soft brown. "Ravi, forget him, obviously he doesn't care about you. But I do, I like you alot Ravi c'mon let me show you." Ravi blushed, He like Topan alot but, he loved Azar. He admited how heartbroken he was the entire time. He like the group and the waterfall was pretty, but as soon as Topan kissed him the first time. He felt guilty and miserable.
Ravi stood up and got on his sandle. "Topan I like you too...but my heart belongs to someone else and I'm going to look for him." Topan sighed and smiled as he handed Ravi another lei. "Well ok, but if Azar gives you, I'm gonna be on ya like a hippocow on a steak." Ravi laughed as he kissed Topan's cheek
"Happy birthday!"
Running down the boardwalk. Ravi called out Azar's name as he walked down the boardwalk passing the shops.

Leaning over his drink, Azar let out a deep and longing sigh. The question asked was far from personal, but brought up the disturbing reminder of why he even lived in Lun Yang. His place of work was even tied to Ravi, and he knew his current life would be in jeopardy by the time he returned to the capital. Even if he broke up with Ravi but still stayed at the Lovely Lotus, Azar knew the painful rift between them would force him to leave. It would be much too awkward in every conceiveable way. But on the ever-so-slim bright side, Azar noticed that Jivan seemed to cheer up a little. He liked that.
"I play the sanxian at a quaint little tea house. And, yes...I did have someone. He's here right now with some other guy." Clinching his fist, Azar immediately drifted his gray eyes away from Jivan, appearing distant and morose. Surely Jivan would understand why, sensing the acidity of Azar's words, unless he was a total imbicile. However, Azar quickly decided to capitalize on Jivan's apparently good mood.
"So...doing anything later?"
Just then, he heard a familiar voice call his name not far from where he sat. Ravi had almost found him, but Azar could only wonder why. If Ravi had found a new guy in his life, why would he want his old flame around?
It would come as no surprise that Azar didn't acknowledge Ravi's cries. He thought his past lover was coming to brag or something, or even to officially break up. Either thought was unappealing. Azar merely turned around and leaned against the counter, Jivan nearby, as he awaited Ravi patiently. He knew exactly what he would do. Azar would snuff the flames of the past before Ravi.

Ravi notice that a few shops where closing down. Still with a half smile he found a flower shop still open.
A sweet old woman was tending some tropical flowers when Ravi walked in. "Well hello sweetheart what can I do for you." Ravi smiled politely. "Good evening madam, how are you this night." She smiled and laughed her cotton candy white hair had a tropical rose in it and she was watering a few at the moment.
"Oh what a gentleman, How do you like the resort, and I'm Hua Ling." Ravi bowed. "I'm Ravi, do you have any follow for a dear friend." She chuckled and walked over to a bucket of fresh lilies. "Well mister sun tattoo, I have these starlight liles they are three gold a bunch, they represent hope and light in darkness, they are good if you are just gettting back together with someone." Ravi smiled wryly. "How bout those roses?" Hua Ling pick up a bunch of bright lavendar roses. "Akash's Grace these are called, they are only found here on the Island. They represent traquility and harmony like the nomads who planted them" Ravi took the flowers and paided for them, Running to the tavern where he thought Azar might be. "Azzaaaar!"
Jivan sighed. "Aww he dumped you?" Jivan sighed. "Aww well..I'm free tonight if you...want some fun?"

Azar turned his head toward Jivan, foregoing an answer to the man's clearly rhetorical question. Now seeming nonchalant but undeniably smug, he allowed a smirk to grow on his face. He knew Ravi would pay. Standing from his seat, he leaned in toward Jivan, their faces looming inches from each other. "Do you need to ask?"
Hearing that voice again tensed his muscles knowing it was closer than ever. Backing away from the steamy moment, Azar's eyebrows dropped in an obvious expression of annoyance. All emotion drained from his lips, destroying the charmed grin that once existed. Ravi would soon be there, and Azar wasn't one bit pleased.
Grabbing Jivan's hand, Azar hastily forced him to stand. Wiping disdain from his face, he stepped away from the barstool and down the boardwalk. Though a grin formed, his voice seemed hasty and disconcerted. "Why wait till tonight? We can get a headstart right now."

Jivan face sparkled and smiled his brightest. “Ooh you charmer!” Happy finally, he walked with Azar but stopped to lean over and kiss him. “Mmmm” However his timing was less then stellar. Just as he kissed Azar’s plump lips, Ravi found them.
The sword dancer felt a bolt of lighting shock him and frying his heart. So that’s what he was to Azar, hurt betrayed and angry. Ravi clenched his fists and threw down the roses he bought for Azar. “YOU SNAKE! YOU DAMN BASTARD!” Shouted Ravi as he turned on his heels and ran crying. A few of the tourists looked over at Jivan and Azar. Jivan pulled away and looked at Azar confused.
“I thought you’re friend when with someone else?” He frowned and turned away. “I am not homewrecker, and I don’t appricate being used as a weapon to get back at your lover.” Jivan feeling hurt himself walked back into the bar and ordered something far more potent. Thunder clapped in the distance.
Ravi was curled up into a ball on the balacony of his hotel room he passed the face of Xio Kai, who saw him run up to his room crying. As he entered for a few moments Xio walked in looking concerned. “Umm Ravi is there something wrong where is Azar?” Ravi sobbed louder and roared. “Leave me the hell alone.” Now knowing what wrong Xio Kai sighed walked back to his post. Saying. “If you need anything just ask ok?” Ravi was left crying on the balcony as rain started to trickle down.
“That bastard, why? What did I do now, What have I done wrong?” Feeling guilty and upself Ravi threw himself into a cycle of self-blaming and hate. He had an epiphany though. He loved Azar, and even seeing kissing him with another man was heartbreak.

In a heartbeat, it had passed. That swirling torrent of pain and grief only led to the depths of heartbreak and solitude, where all hope had perished. Having found himself at a loss for words, surprisingly, Azar was now on the boardwalk yet again, legs dangling over the wooden planks while his head hung low. Tiny drops of water fell from the darkened sky, gently pelted the bare skin of his back and shoulders. Azar felt like a lost cause, both guilty for what he had done and envious that Ravi may have bedded his new man by now.
As he watched a stormy wind churn the waves, Azar weighed the decision to throw himself into the briny blue. He felt there was nowhere else to turn, no chance for redemption. Not even his beloved sanxian was anywhere nearby, capable of soothing his troubled spirit.
On a slow and lonely walk started he, the boardwalk all but abandoned with the incoming storm and gentle tropic rain that suddenly happened upon the island. With his shoulders slumped, half-lidded eyes damp with tears, Azar was the living image of depression. What a wretched soul was he even in his own mind. Ravi was ready and willing to make up, going so far as to buy flowers, but Azar had only thought of himself.
Sadness soon gave way to bitterness...
Lifting his head, eyebrows lowered to show his anger, Azar's bare feet sounded like heavy thumps on the wooden walkway. Ravi would get his recompense, whether or not he deserved it. Still convinced the man who stole his heart had caught a new beau on the rebound, Azar made a mad dash toward the hotel where they stayed. Only when a stranger's voice called to him did he cease his angry path. "Hey, handsome. Where you headed so fast? Stick around and enjoy the rain."
With a twinge of anger rocketing his head toward the man, Azar's features soon softened at the sight. Seal brown hair in a traditional topknot, a brilliant magenta hibiscus tucked over his ear brightening the dark evening, this fellow had a strong charm and allure. Though he wasn't quite so thin, nor did his figure bulge with muscle, his soft and boyish build had a certain appeal. Dumbfounded, Azar could only smile as his anger faded away. "Nowhere now..."
Strutting toward the shorter man who leaned against a palm tree, the hefty musician leaned himself against it as well. His hand against the trunk, inches from this new fellow's torso while his hand rested on his hip, Azar's words were sweet and smooth. "I'm Azar. I never fancied meeting someone like you here."
Almost like a charming cynic, the other young man turned his deep brown eyes aside very slightly. His arms were crossed, and his rosy lips bore somewhat of a haughty smirk. "Well, I'm Chen Lo. Trust me, that line won't work. But you did catch my eye for so many other reasons, hot stuff."
Things only plodded onward from there...

Curling up in a sobbing heap, Ravi was a mess he was heart broken and guilty he didn’t know what to do. Should he run to Topan and cry into his arms, make a huge scene what? It was confusing for Ravi. The only thing he wanted to do was go home. He wanted to go home and cry to Indra and Gita. The door knocked, was it Azar? No it was Xio Kai he had a tray of hot tea. “Look I know you want to be along, and if there is on thing I understand is space. But you know Ravi; if you stew it’s going to get worse. I made some rosehip and lemon tea, it will help calm you nerves ok?” The invasive behavior was some what welcomed. He walked over and drank some of the hot tea; it was just like Gita’s. Xio tried one more thing. “Ravi would you like to tell me what happened?” Ravi choked and explained the whole fiasco, going on about how he should have ignored Topan and his friends how it was his entire fault. Xio sat down and shook his head. “Ravi it isn’t your fault, you where just trying to make friends, Azar should haven’t been so jealous. But maybe he isn’t the faithful type. You just need to learn from this and go on. I am sorry I don’t have helpful advice I do get these kind of couples it kind cruel. They take them for a nice vacation and then when their back is turned they dumped them in a drop of the hat.” Ravi sighed he didn’t understand. Drink his tea he looked at the rain falling down. Then looked at Xio, “What do I do now?” Xio sighed, “That’s up to you Ravi, maybe things will work out. Life always has, if you just leave it alone and trust in it.” Seeing that was good advice Ravi smiled and nodded as Xio left Ravi to think and drink his tea.
Things always work out. How very Tao Te Ching…

It wasn't long before Azar had pinned Chen Lo up against a wall, embracing beneath an awning as rain pattered everywhere else. The two were dry for now, despite the storm. With a few rounds of kissing, preceded only by a few rounds of witty and vaguely insulting banter, the two had taken a rather quick liking to each other. Azar's hands were around Chen Lo's waist, clutching, grabbing the soft flesh as their bare chests pressed against each other. As their eyes met, Azar smirked. "Wanna take this somewhere else?"
Chen Lo returned a smirk of equal or greater sassiness. His hands lowering from Azar's back down more toward his rear end, he gazed straight into Azar's warm gray orbs. "I thought you'd never ask."
The two soon exited the alley, walking down the boardwalk as rain bombarded them. Azar's heart beat a little faster than normal, perhaps a little wary of the storm, but much more likely due to the enthralling encounter had by the two. Their hands were locked, fingers intertwined as they walked near each other. Taking a hint from Fu Yin, Azar listened to most of what Chen Lo rambled on about between thunder claps, but only because he wasn't occupied by looking at his figure. Truth be told, Fu Yin had a better body, but neither of them were as sexy as Jivan regarding facial features. Still, none of them compared with Ravi, even though Azar would die before admitting it at that point. Brushing back his hair with his hand, Azar picked up the pace slightly as he kept his eyes to the clouds. Chen Lo could only snicker. "What, afraid lightning will hit?"
Azar glared back with hostility in his features. He didn't take kindly to mockery, of which this fellow seemed quite fond. He had an excellent wit much like Ravi himself, only his seemed more mean-spirited. Azar didn't quite like that, but found a strange thrill with the excitement of conflict. He decided to put up with it at that point.
As the two walked, Chen Lo swung around Azar's front and put his arms around his broad midsection. His expression seemed quite sassy, though this masked his next words. Grasping Azar's bicep, Chen Lo said; "You know...you'd look better without that silly beard. You could stand to firm up your arms and chest, too."
Azar was confused but fairly offended. Eyebrows furrowed, Chen Lo still hanging all over him, all he could say was a stern; "What?"

The rain finally stopped as Ravi laid on the cool ceramic table looking at his empty cup. He sighed knowing he had to look for Azar so they can talk. He hated this so much. Was he that easy? He got up and cleaned himself up
After washing his face and combing his hair he got a fresh sarong and nice crimson top that expose his midriff a bit and his tattoo. Feeling used. He got on his sandles and took a walk.
"Hey Ravi, Topan just came by he's looking for you, I hope you won't mind I told him that you we're under the weather." Xio Kai informed Ravi smiled, "I'll go look for him." Xio watched him leave the hotel and walk down the boardwalk. He found a palm tree leaning over the ocean. Smiling he sat down and continued to think. He like the warm rain clean air and the feel of the breeze.
Everything will work out

Chen Lo had been dumped like a bad habit. Azar neither wanted or needed that nonsense, but it only made him realize so much. Ravi never asked him to change himself just for his own sake. He was content with Azar the way he was, despite his flaws. Ravi really was best for him, but he had found out too late. Oh, what a fool he been, a despicable ingrate. It almost brought him to tears knowing that Ravi wouldn't possibly take him back now. He felt almost paralyzed with fear and uncertainty wondering if he should even try...
That taste, the unholy sensation of bliss and temptation hung on his lips, tormenting Azar's mind and soul until he could bear it no longer. There was no one else he wanted, nowhere left to go in the world. In a pained lumber down the boardwalk, he sidled to the edge and looked to the depths below. Waves crashing against wooden pylons, he fancied a place for him there. At least things would be all over at that point. But he knew it wouldn't solve a thing...
His death grip on the railing faded, loosened, until his hands slid off lazily and dangled to his sides. A few tears even slid down his face before he rubbed them away. He felt like a wretch over what he had done, the chances he took that were entirely in vain. His mind was so distracted that he failed to notice the rain had stopped, and gentle rays of the setting sun were brightening. Such a soothing and beautiful sight, colors washing the sky, but only if one cared to notice. Azar cared about only one thing, and soon realized his true feelings. No mere carnal lust was it, nor a jealous possession. In fact, Azar thought he felt the slightest concern for Ravi. Almost like his heart was heavy pondering what grief he caused his lover.
As he stopped by the hotel, Xio Kai was quick to inform him that Ravi had left, though Azar promptly returned to his hotel room and fetched his sanxian. For a chance at redemption, he would give it one final shot. Then he would know what to do. Scouring the immediate area as best he could, distracted a few times by an attractive passing fellow or two, he spotted familiar strands of raven hair adrift behind a palm tree that overlooked the expanse of the sea. So perfect a setting...if Ravi was only willing to forgive. His next move was foolhardy, but his rapid beating heart knew that fact fully. Each footfall on the grassy knoll was accompanied by a charming melody, slow and peaceful as his fingers touched the strings.

The sound of the ocean roared around him as Ravi thought about his past. How he had to change and impressing others like his father.
He sighed thinking about his father, how much he wanted his love and to please him. Nothing satified him. He remember a time as a child he tried to do a handstand. He worked hard for it, until he not only could stand on his hands but walk on them too. Chetan's only reponse was "Thats nice Ravi."
Now with Azar, he felt like has constantly preforming. What was it about him that wasn't good enough. What didn't satify him? As he was thinking about this, he heard a familar notes. It was Azar.
That snake...trying to charm me back with a wry grin he stood up and stauntered over to Azar,
"Well look who is back?" He put his arms akimbo a bit and looked at him. A delicate frown his lips. He was going to forgive him, he did love Azar. But first he was going to shake his chain. "So you think you can walzt into my life with your saxian think everything is all better?! You're a viper you know that? I waited for you, I refused Topan and everyone only for you. I left the party to go and find you. What is it that you don't like about me? What Azar? Why did you leave me?" Ravi walked and looked at him the eye and said to his face.
"I will forgive you because I love you. But...what is it that you don't like about me because I will change. I will change for you."
