I actually found it on yahoo.com when I was looking for "Avatar the Last Airbender RPG" on the search engine. Turns out, I found a winner. ^_^

Making a long [unimportant] (back)story short:
From Distant Horizon. In 'Links" under "Communities."
Yours Truly: *derisive snort 'n smirk* Oh really now? *clicks link*

I think it was via Distant Horizon's board. I had been on an Avatar RPG before this for a few weeks with Jialing and Jin. I was disappointed with their activity, espically given that this was within the first few weeks of Avatar. I made posts for about a week, just interacting withmyself, and no one ever played with me. Their posts were short and choppy. I didn't like the random Roleplay on Distant Horizons.. too random.. too unorganized. Forum Roleplaying was still new to me after so many years of Chat Roleplaying where I would spend like 10 minutes writing entrances of 400 or so words. It was slow.. but also fast. But was only fast when you kept things short. A sentence or two. So..I thought I'd see if this was a mix of both worlds. I came to Feng Shui thinking I was the S*it!.. Got my ass kicked by Rairii and then Became the S*it! >D
This place is like crack.

My story wasn't much different from most other people's...
When I discovered the magnitude of Avatar's awesomeness, I looked around a few RPing sites and found them to be crawling with Sues and Stus. *shivers* Nightmarish...
But I eventually stumbled upon the words "An Avatar RPG forum that doesn't mess around." on DH. I was satisfied with my findings, and needless to say, I took a liking to this place. ^_^

I was still a fairly immature writer at FS's beginning, so I spent a few months at Flying Bison, eventually becoming a mod over there. After I'd matured a LOT, I still only managed to make Nakamura, who is a major stu. It was good enough though, and over here, in the thick of good writing, I matured more, and managed to make good characters (even if, as Ryota constantly reminds me, they look like me. XD)
...Actually, thinking about it, none of them do anymore... XD

I found it through DH, like pretty much everyone here XD I just remember being really nervous because I had only ever RPed on DH... and there were no rules there.
