Raine loked over to Caiden, "Oh no, I'm not her sister nor is she mine," Raine awned, "She's my cousin. My little giddy cousin....That loves dolls... But I don't mind taking care of her. Her parents work for the chief, so they're usually really busy. And my mother has to run the fish market, so I just stay with her...and play with her...alot, "Raine said smiling.
Raine, Caiden and Chi-Chi entered the shop. "Oh, look at this Raine!" Chi-Chi said exited looking at a shimmering white hair clip, "It's so pretty!" Chi-Chi squwealed putting it in her hair. Once that was done she looked in to a mirror, "Can I get it Raine? PLease, please, please?" She said running up to Raine. "That depends if it is over what i have," Raine said walking over to the shop owner. "Exscuse me, Ma'am," Raine said looking to the elderly woman, "But hope much is this hair clip," Raine said pointing to the clip on Chi-Chi's head. "Hmm...Well that one is ten copper pieces." Raine bit her lip. She looked to Chi-Chi. "Only for you," Raine said handing the money to the shop owner. "Thank You, Miss. Have a nice day." The shop owner said to Raine, "You ,too." She replied. Then the three left the shop. Chi-Chi skiping ahead.

As they exited the shop, Chi-Chi frolicked ahead without a care in the world. "You are a very generous person," Caiden said as he turned to Raine. "Most kids my age and yours don't really have money, well not unless they have jobs. If you had a job, you wouldn't be able to look after Chi-Chi. I guess house chores are what you do and if it is, that is not a lot of money to spend. And you spend it on her," he said pointing at Chi-Chi. "That is a very nice thing to do." He looked up at the bright sun that still seemed to stay still and not move a bit. This time of the day usually seemed the most crowded, soon, the shopes will close so many people try to rush and get what they need. They were silent for a moment and then Caiden pulled out ten copper pieces, along with a few extra. "Here," he said handing the money to Raine, "You deserve it." He smiled and waited for Raine to take the money.

“I work at my mom’s fish market, sometimes. I earn enough to buy some thing that I need and I save a little extra for some thing I don't need…Which I usually do spend on Chi-Chi,” Raine admitted, “But we’re family, so it’s not a big deal. And it’s fun to see her jump up and down for some thing she wants. Especially if it’s a hair clip, or some sort of accessory. ” Raine said smiling.
Caiden offered Raine his money. Raine stared at it for a moment and then gently pushed it back, “I can’t take it Caiden, you keep your money. I don’t want to rob you of it. Besides I have all I need. And if I ever need any more I can just go back to my mother’s fish market.” Raine said starting to walk off to follow Chi-Chi.

He saw Raine walk ahead to where Chi-Chi was, "Okay suit yourself," he said as he put his money back into his coat pocket. He looked ahead to see where he was going. He never usually went this far into the market unless he needed to. He walked faster to try and keep up with Raine and Chi-Chi. He put his hands back into his pocket and looked around interestingly at all of the shops and stands. "Where are we going now?" He asked Raine still looking around. "I don't usually come this way often unless I' doing something for my mother," he said. It was a little darker in this place than the others, but that didn't bother Caiden, he liked it. It felt homie and nice, he wondered what type of things they sold here.

Chi-Chi stopped and let Raine almost crash right in to her, "Oh! Raine! Can we please go to the shore cave!? Please???" Chi-Chi said hoping up and down. Raine lifted up Chi-Chi and gave her a piggy back ride and continued walking, "Didn't we go there last week?" Raine said walking through people. "Maybe? I don't remember," Chi-Chi said lightly clinging to Raine's neck. Raine sighed, "Fine, we can go." Raine said making a right turn. "What about Caiden?" Chi-Chi started, "Do you think we can bring him?" Raine looked over to Caiden beside her, "Don't see why not." Raine said looking up to Chi-Chi. Chi-Chi looked over to Caiden then back to Raine, "How about only if he promises to keep it a secret?" Chi-Chi said resting her head on Raine's shoulder, "Sure,Chi-Chi," Raine said to her. "Come on Caiden," Chi-Chi whispered, "We're going to the our hide out."

Caiden smiled and said, "Sure, I can keep it a secret." He walked faster to catch up with Raine. He could tell that Chi-Chi was enjoying her ride, she was looking everywhere interestingly with her big eyes. She seemed to always want to go somewhere and loved everything. Even though she only knew him for a few hours, she acts as if she has known him for a long time. I wonder where this cave is. I haven't seen any, I guess it's really a secretive place. I wonder if it has anything inside it. All of these thoughts were buzzing around in Caiden's head. He would just have to wait and see when he gets there. He turned to Raine and asked, "How far is it?"

Raine looked over to Caiden when he asked how far it was from here, “You’ll find out soon enough.”
Raine, Chi-Chi and Caiden walked for about ten to fifteen minutes give or take. Well, Caiden and Raine walked, Chi-Chi on the other hand got a free hide on Raine’s back. “Oh! This is going to be so much fun!” Chi-Chi squealed.
Raine, with Chi-Chi on her back, walked around a corner to an old, ice water main big enough for a grown man to walk through. Raine set Chi-Chi down on her feet as her little brown moccasins made small tapping noises as she walked holding Raine’s hand. “Ok, Caiden we’re at the entrance,” Raine said in the middle of the pipe. Raine reached over to the side and brushed the snow off the side. There was a little door with about the size of Chi-Chi maybe a little bigger and the with of a broad sword. So it was big enough for them to crawl in. There was a small rope handle at the bottom which Raine pulled up Chi-Chi giggled and crawled in to it. “Ok Caiden I’m going to go then you can come after me. Just wait ‘til you see a light at the end of the tunnel.” Raine laughed, “Ok that came out wrong. Just once you see the light coming from a lamp crawl in ok. Then we’ll continue on from there, since that’s only half of the entrance.” Raine said as she crawled in telling Caiden to hold the door up. Raine finally reached the end. She saw Chi-Chi trying to light the oil lamp with to rocks. “Chi-Chi here let me do it. You need flinch stones.” Raine said as she reached into her bag and pulled out two flinch stones lighting the lamp. “Come on Caiden!” Chi-Chi squealed through the tunnel.

"Okay," he said. He crouched down and crawled through the opening. It was fairly small, crawling through the tunnel. It took him a few minutes to finally see the lamp. "There it is," he said. He crawled a little faster, trying to make his way to them. He finally reached Raine and Chi-Chi. The lamp was almost blinding at the close range. He squinted and walked through the opening and saw an amazing site. "Wow, this is amazing, how did the two of you stumble upon this?" He asked with interest. He walked a little farther into it, looking everywhere he could. The walls seemed to have already been carved to their liking, this place seemed flawless. "Who did all of this? Did a waterbender do it?" He asked. Caiden had many more questions about his place, but he knew that most of them would be answered in what Raine would say.

Raine put a hand on Caiden’s shoulder, “Don’t have a spaz attack. This is only the tunnel to the main cave.” Raine moved back to the beginning on the passageway they had crawled through. She moved her hand up and down and a small layer of ice froze on top of the other opening. “Just in case someone stumbles by,” Raine said to Caiden. She went over to Chi-Chi who was now sleeping and Raine picked her up. “Caiden could you please carry the lamp? I don’t want to drop it.” She said.
Raine and Caiden were walking down the tunnel. The bottom was designed with the water bending symbol and the water tribe symbols, “You know me and Chi-Chi didn’t make this place. It was our grandmothers, believe it or not. They were both sixteen at the time and very good friends, but they both grew up pretty poor. But one day my grandmother, Rei-Lin, and Chi-Chi’s grandmother, Ling, got caught stealing some fruit. They were running for sometime and Ling was losing her breath. My grandmother saw an old water pipe with a massive crack it. She pulled Ling in to the water pipe and they both hid in the crack. Ling and my grandmother were both water benders at the time. The guards were closing in and they had no where to go. Ling and Rei-Lin looked franticly around but they couldn’t find any where to go but to follow the split pipe. Ling and my grandmother covered the opening of the fracture by freezing the water into ice. They then continued water bending to clear the way and make it bigger to fit through small spaces. When they got to the cave they couldn’t believe it. It was gorgeous.” Raine shifted Chi-Chi’s weight and continued, “They were never identified so they didn’t get in trouble. But they kept this place a secret and kept perfecting it for years.” Raine looked over to Caiden, “It’s right up here,” She said walking over to the bright light ahead.
The cave was enormous. The way where they had entered had a large arch that was carved with swirls and bends. The floor was the most noticeable of all. It was designed with a large water bending symbol in the center with entangling swirls. Over to the left far side there was a waterfall that fell from the ceiling to a small pool, which had a small weaved basket in it so the water chilled the fruit inside, on the floor with a little channel going across the middle of the floor in front of them. The one waterway formed in to two and went around the border of the water bending sign in the center then formed back in to one. To the right there way no wall and the channel surged down the fifteen foot ledge in to another channel that went though to a large opening to the ocean. Raine walked down the stairs to the lower level and set Chi-Chi down on a fur rug and covered her with a blanket. The top of the right wall was thin ice so the sun shined through and illuminated the cave. By Chi-Chi there were about five more fur rugs, and also a table. The table had a quill pen and ink bottle on the top and next to it was net and a large basket of fruit. Raine crouched down next to the stream and scooped some water in to her hand and drank it, soon get up and shaking the water off her hand. “You can drink some, It fresh water,” Raine said sitting on one of the rugs.

He was speechless, this place was amazing, from the stream to the walls, everything was so perfect. It seems as if this whole place was made by masters. He saw Raine take a sip of the water from the stream, he figured that it would be sal water, but surprisingly, it was fresh water. She said that he could have some, so he did. He walked over to the stream and dipped his hand in the cold water. Once he had a satisfying amount in his hand, he pulled it out of the stream and took a sip. He had never had better tasting water. It was amazing how good it was, nothing could describe it. Once he was finished drinking the water, he walked over to where Raine and Chi-Chi were siting. He joined them as he sat on the rug. It was soft and very comfortable. "This place is very nice, if I were you, I would come here everyday," he said in awe.

She always went with me if I went at all. She never told me why I couldn’t which has always bothered me the most.” Chi-Chi yawned and rubbed her eyes. “Are we there yet?” She asked groggily. “We’ve been here for quite a while, Chi-Chi,” Raine replied smiling. “I’m hungry,” Chi-Chi said scratching her head, “Can we get something to eat?” “We have some fruit over there.” Raine pointed out. “Could you go get some rice?” “Rice?” “Uh huh,” Chi-Chi said nodding her head repeatedly. “Well I can go get some. But you have to come along too,” Raine said to Chi-Chi. “But why?” She whined, “I wanna stay here. Can’t I stay?” “Caiden, I’m sorry but do you mind keeping an eye on her for about ten minutes? I’ll be right back. You want something to eat or drink?”

"That's fine," he said taking some fruit. Once Raine was out of the cave, the only sound was the dripping water and Chi-Chi humming a rhythmic tune. He took 2 or three bites of his fruit and then asked, "Do like this place. He saw Chi-Chi's face light up, "Of course I do, it's the best place ever," she said, her voice still echoing throughout the cave. He smiled, "I do too," he said with a long yawn. He laid his head on the comfortable rug and closed his and went into a deep sleep.
He awoke a few minutes later to find that Chi-Chi was nowhere to be found. "Uh-oh," he said in a shakey voice. Where did she go? He looked everywhere in the cave, but she didn't seem to be in it. He put his hands in a his face. "What have I done."

Raine was walking back to the cave with a little *bento box for Chi-Chi. When she walked in she saw a Caiden sitting on a rug. But no Chi-Chi in sight, “Caiden,” Raine said slowly walking down the stairs, “Where’s Chi-Chi?” Raine set chi-chi’s bento box down. “Caiden….please do not tell me you lost her….” Raine heard no reply. “You.lost.her?” Raine said looking to him, “Oh my god,” Raine shook Caiden violently, “Where is she!?” she yelled stopping, “Ok, she couldn’t have left the cave because there’s no way to open the wooden door from the inside, so….” Raine froze. “I didn’t…close…the wooden. door…” “Come on, we have to go find her!” Raine yelled grabbing Caiden’s arm and pulling him out of the cave.
* (A bento box is like a lunch box. it's a little wooden box usually filled with rice, fish, some lettuce or some other kind of veggie)

As Nakamura headed home, he couldn't shake off what had happened in the practice sessions that day. As he'd been first picked, he practiced waterbending very little before fighting his first opponent.
And that, of course, was the star student. He was perfect in every way. Perfect teeth, white smile, even black hair, and a natural waterbender. Nakamura had none of these things, and they showed.
The match was probably one of the shortest ever fought in the training center. It lasted about 10 seconds, from start to finish. He'd been terribly embarrased afterwords, although he did win his other match.
But he was too angry to think of the other match. He walked down the main street in Shai city towards home, feeling like he was the worst waterbender in the world.

Raine jetted down the busy streets looking for Chi-Chi, dragging Caiden along. “Ok, she has to be in the market place some where. Caiden you go that way and see if you can find her and I’ll go this way.” Raine said sprinting down another street looking around for her cousin.
Raine went around asking people if they’d seen Chi-Chi. She went in to all of Chi-Chi’s favorite shops and all of her favorite places. Raine was to busy looking for Chi-Chi and she had just noticed she had crashed in to a teen age boy, which knocked them both on to the icy ground. Raine shot up and pulled the man to his feet. “Sorry! But have you seen a little girl, about five years old black hair, blue eye?!?! She’s about this tall.” Raine said leveling her hand to the height of her hip.
