Raine had been traveling for a few days. Tired sighs escaped her lips.
Raine walked in to a small village. A small amount of people were at the stands on the sides of the roads. This village felt very quaint and cozy.
Raine walked in to a local Inn and walked up to the counter. There was a young man, perhaps a few years older then her self, wiping the counter with a clothe. He was wearing a white appron, a green long sleeve, and a pair of brown slacks. "Excuse me," Raine said catching the attention of the counter man, "I'd like to stay the night. Are there any rooms open?"She asked. The man stuffed the rag in his pocket, "Yes Ma'am. About have our Inn is empty," He informed. Raine's mother had given her some of her savings so Raine pulled her money pouch out of her bag. She showed the man four silver pieces, "Is this enough for the night?" The man smiled. He took two of the coins off her palm. "This is enough," He said setting the coins in a box and sliding the door key towards her, "Go down the hall and hook a left to Room 24." Raine glddly took the key, and with a 'Thank you' she walked to her room.
Raine had left all her clothes and supplies in her room and took her money with her in her pocket. She was runnnig low so she decided to do a little work before she went back on the road for some extra change.
There was a small store by the name of "Yama Flowers" with a help wanted sign in the window. Raine walked in and asked about the job, and it payed five copper pieces a week. Rine new it wasn't very good but she took the job anyways.
Back at the Inn Raine was in her room by the dresser. She decided she would cut her hair. It was getting far to long her thick hair gets heavy. Raine took a small razor like knife a cut away. She cut some strands shorter than other to thin out her hair.
When all was said and done Raine's hair was to just above her shoulders and at the bottom of the front it was curved out. Raine pulled out some of her some of her other clothes and put them on. It was warm here so no need to wear winter clothes.
Raine wore a pair of simple blue pants down to her shins, her torc, as always, a few bangels and a white and blue traditional water tribe tank top( it looks like a halter top, the top straps being white ). And f course her boots over her pants.
And with that Raine set out to start at Yama Flowers not knowing what could happen next.

A small bell jingled when Raine entered the shop. Inside were many flowers: Roses, lillies, daisies, baby's breath, jasmines; everything.
Raine walked over to the counter and lifted a hinged part of the counter up and, walked through, then set it down. Behind the counter was a note with a few bundles off flowers and plants. The note read:
Raine,
For your first ask I would like you to deliver these flowers to some of our customers. The addresses are on the back.
see you back at the shop,
Takumi (owner)
Raine took the note and the flowers, and left the shop.
The first house she came to, ordered some Roses. There was an old lady living there with really bad hearing issues. You could bet she had fun with that.
All the other houses were just easy drop-offs, and Raine soon returned to the store. She put on a white apron with the word (the Chinese characters)"Flowers" stitched on it with yellow thread. Raine put her elbow on the counter, and set her chin on her palm waiting for any one to come in.

"Amir! Where are you going?" Lakshmi yelled as Amir ran away from her and out of the clearing the Sen Song had set their camp at this time. His pregnant older sister was attempting to run after him, waving a wooden spoon as if it was a weapon capable of murder. He looked over his shoulder briefly, knowing he was going to be in big trouble if Ma found out he had run off once more. After Lakshmi told her about his latest girlfriend, he was surprised that his mother was keeping him alive.
When the screeches of his sister had become something distant, Amir began to walk, humming an old folk tune as he did so. The village of Kei Lan was in front of him, a fortunate thing for the place probably had loads of places which he could use to hide from his sister and mother. It was certainly a sleepy village, not much going on at the moment. A sigh came from the lips of the acrobat. It certainly was better than having to stay around the Sen Song encampment where are hell had broken loose since Lakshmi's husband came back from the village with the wrong kind of tea for his wife.
The Earth Kingdom boy looked around as he finally reached the middle of the village, looking for something to do while he waited for things to go back to normal. Suddenly, his eyes fell on a small flower shop which had a very attractive girl standing near the counter. He smirked. Maybe coming to Kei Lan wasn't as bad as of idea as he had thought.
Amir walked toward the door of the shop and opened it, causing the bell to ring. He set foot into the shop, his bare feet making soft sounds on the floor. He casually strided toward the girl and placed his elbow on the counter.
"Good morning, miss. I couldn't help but see the sign for the flower shop across the street. But it was you and your beautiful eyes that made me come in. May I look around?" the acrobat said, flashing the girl a smile before rising from his position on the counter.

Raine was dusting the back counter. It was amazing of how much dust was over there. She had orginized all the flowers, broomed the shop, trimmed all the dead leaves and flowers off the plants. And she had only twocustomers come in. What are you gonna do, right? but soon enough Raine heard the bell ring and turned around facing the guest. The man walked to the counter. He looked around the age as her. A little taller, and his hair was a darker shade than hers. Then with his charming words Raine was thinking it was either a way to get some thing free, or he was woo-ing her. Raine smiled," oh, course. Feel free to look around as much as you want." Raine said motionin to all the plants and flowers.

Amir nodded though he was not very interested in flowers. He could barely even tell one from the other and he didn't really have anyone to give flowers to. His "friend" of the moment was a girl named. . . . . .He bit his lip as he struggled to remember the girl's name. If he actually gave her flowers, that would show signs of commitment, something that Amir was not very interested in. He sighed, he needed a reason to stay in the shop long enough to miss the fighting and maybe to get to know this girl, if he felt like it.
He casually leaned against the counter slightly and held out his hand for the girl to shake. "I am Amir Sen Song. What is your name?" he asked, smiling. He looked around the shop, trying to figure out a way to stay in here longer so he could avoid the majority of the fight. Suddenly an idea popped into his head. He smirked, a plot formulating in his mind as he asked his next question, "What flowers would a very beautiful seventeen year old girl like?".

Raine watched as he looked around the shop. Then with his sudden pause, he walked back to the counter and then introduced him self. Amir Sen Song, huh? Raine also smiled and lightly shook his hand, "Raine," She shortly stated. shortly after he asked her a question. "What flowers would a very beautiful seventeen year old girl like?" she quoted in her mind. So he is charmer. Raine decided to continue a short coversasion with the boy. "Well that depends," Raine started. "How well do you know this girl?" Raine asked witha slight smirk. But come to think of it, Raine didn't particulary like flowers. Of course they were beautiful, and amazing plants, but, it's not like she would die for one, or let alone, fall head over heels for one.

"Not very well." Amir said simply, shrugging. Come to think of it, he never really knew any of the girls that he had been with that he had known well. He mainly just new their name, how old they were, and were they lived. He doubted that most of the girls even knew his name or where he was from but it did not matter, they were just girls. He began to tap his fingers against the counter as he thought about it. What could he precieve from the girl in front of him by just looking at her? She seemed to not be from around here due to her eyes and light skin. The way she was standing would suggest calmness of some sort and she did not seem like someone to start fights and such.
"She is very calm and does not seem to like fighting." he said finally, really at a lost for what to say. He had not really prepared for this and his limited knowledge on how females actually felt was not helping at the moment. He began tapping his fingers against the counter, struggling to come up with something better to say.

Raine smiled to her self. Doesn't like fighting? Hhmmm....maybe. . . .maybe not. .
"Not a bad start," Raine said looking back at her "things to do" list. Hmm... all i have to do is water the plants. then i'm off for the day. Raine really didn't want to water bend in front of the teen ager, but eh, whatever. "well , i have to finish my shift." Raine walked over to the plants that needed more water first. She turned on a fosset that let water flow into a basin. then raine guilded the water with her hands in to the seperate pots. The whole shop was filled with little streams of water going in to flower pots. Raine took off her appron and hung it up. "takumi," she yelled into the bac room, "I'm done for today," "Okay, go on home." she answered back. Raine walked out of the store then looked back half way out the door. The lady back there will help you more if you need it. Raine closed the door and shook her head slightly walking off to the Inn to get her water canteen to practice a bit.

Amir watched her waterbend in amazement. He raised his eyebrows as he did so. He had never seen waterbending before, only heard of it. He had never thought that a woman would be able to waterbend, he thought it was outlawed. He opened his mouth to say something of it, trying to figure out what would be the right thing to say. She was a woman after all, why should she be waterbending? It didn't make any sense. He was about to ask why she could waterbend and why she was all the way out here when she said that she was going to leave.
The talented acrobat looked madly around, trying to find the perfect flower for her as the other lady came to the counter. He quickly picked up a couple violets that looked nice and reached into his pocket for money. He finally produced a sack of copper pieces and placed a couple on the counter before running after the girl.
"For you, Raine-chan." he said tapping her on her shoulder and handing her the flowers. He smiled widely and winked at her, waiting for her response. "I hope you like them." he continued.

Raine walked and scuffed the ground with her boots. The boy was kind but he comes on WAY to strong. The sun was high in the sky and there were few clouds. it was quite humid out. Raine turned around as she felt a tap on her shoulder. Raine looked at the boy funnily. And he's back. . . Then he offered her flowers. And winked. Yep, comeson too strongly. "You won't stalk me or any thing if i accept the flowers, will you?" She hesitanly asked slowly reaching for the flowers ignoring the fact that he winked at her. What's the wink suppose to mean? But the flowers were sweet. she thought. Raine stood for a moment in silence. "Well, have a nice day." She said turning back around continuing on her way back to the Inn. Perhaps i'll go into the forest to practice.

Amir laughed and said, "I don't stalk. I just admire.". He rolled his eyes and thought Like I would actually waste time stalking some water tribe girl. Girls, they always think they are the only ones in your life. So pathetic.. This was only shown through a small frown which he now wore on his tanned face. His left eye twitched slightly and he sighed in annoyance before fanning himself with his left hand due to the heat and humidity. Sweat began to stream down his brow and he reached up with his right arm to wipe the sweat away.
"If you are planning on going into the forest today, I would not advise it. My pregnant older sister is having a fit about tea and yelling at her husband about it. My Ma is probably joining the fray also along with most of my older brothers and their wives. If you get anywhere near them, your ears are probably going to explode or something like that." Amir advised, placing his hand behind his head and smiling sheepishly.

"Okay. . So a pregnant woman is having a fit about tea and yelling at her husband about it? Your mother and his older brothers and their wives, too?And if I get anywhere near them, my ears are probably going to explode. . .that's quite a mouth full. . .But I'll take your word for it." Raine said giving a bit of thanks in her smile.
But Raine couldn't help but wonder of some thing he said. She was thinking of leaving but she wanted to ask one question. "I hope you don't mind me asking but, Why are all your family members in the forest? Isn't a forest not the est pace for a pregnant woman to be?" Raine asked. The heat was starting to get worse so Raine while asking walked back wards in to the shade of a building.

Amir wiped some sweat from his forehead with his arm and sighed. He walked over to where Raine was standing and leaned against the building, his lazy tendancies taking over him for the moment. He took a deep breathe, breathing in the thick humid air. He was suddenly very glad that he was in the village, far away from his mother and sister whose moods were probably getting worse due to the temperature and humidity. Neither of them were very patient or even tempered people to begin with and this weather was probably making it worse.
He smiled when he heard Raine's question. "I thought you would recongize my name but since you aren't from around here. . .I guess it would make sense that you would not know who the Sen Song are. We are acrobats, the sole acrobats in the Earth Kingdom. The Sen Song Acrobats has been around as long as the war has been around. We travel around the Earth Kingdom entertaining people." Amir explained, his smile showing overconfidence in their popularity.

Raine listened to Amir as he told her about his people's history. She thought it was so amazing. No acrobats had ever traveled to the North Pole. And if they did Raine had never heard of them. And/or never seen them. Wow. The Sen Song Acrobats . Sounds intersting. Traveling around the Earth Kingdom. That would explain a lot. Raine scuffed her boot on the ground. Little puffs of brown dust flutered around her feet. It mus have been nice traveling with family, and learning how to do flips and such.
The sun was a deep red and the clouds around it were light purple, pink, orange and yellow. It was a few more hours until dark so it stared to get a little cooler. Raine looked over to Amir. "I have to go now. But perhaps I'll see you again tomorrow," Raine said giving a slight wave, still holding the flowers, "And thank ou for the flowers." She thanked before heading of once more.

Amir smiled, knowing that Raine was probably very impressed with the history of the Sen Song. Who wouldn't be? They were the only acrobats in the Earth Kingdom and had been around for a while. "And I am one of the best acrobats in the troupe. My dad said so." he said, sounding a bit childish though he was slightly annoyed. Most girls would be in love with him by now after he had complimented them this much and such. But this girl didn't seem to be falling for it. His left eye twitched with annoyance as he thought about it.
As she walked away, Amir was suddenly struck by an idea. A smirk present on his lips as he did so, the acrobat yelled, "If you want you can come to one of our practices some time. We are going to be around here a while, until my sister gives birth to her kid.". He began to walk backwards toward the encampment and just to show off, he did a flip over a barrel that was behind him.
