"If you want to come to one of our practices some time." Raine partly turned around as Amir yelled over to her. " We are going to be around here a while, until my sister gives birth to her kid." He said. Raine watched as he started to walk then did a flip. Raine giggled as she started in to walk to the Inn. Cute. . . . She thought to her self while blushing a bit. Raine had changed her clothes and gotten in to bed. It was far past dark and she was starting to fall asleep. Perhaps, I will go tomorrow. . She thought before drifting in to sleep.
Morning soon came and it wasn't at all as humid as it was yesterday. It was an hour or two until noon. Raine had finished all her deliveries and was going to take Amir up on his offer. Raine had her canteen and she entered the forest. It was cool and tranquil as she looked for their camp. Raine heard noise. The bushes russled and. . . . a squirrel jumped out. Raine let out a sigh of relief. Then she heard another russle. "squirrels don't seem to like me. . "

After walking back to the forest, he was chewed out by his mother and Lahshmi and then sent to bed early. "So much for being Ma's favorite." he muttered as he set up his hammock which was hung between two trees near his older sister Soraya who was opting for sleeping on the ground as she often did. They had to sacrifice all of their tents so their pregnant older sister could get some sleep, though she rarely did. Amir sighed and finished hanging up his hammock and laid down in it, closing his eyes. And within seconds he was asleep.
Sunlight made its way through the canopy of leaves above the Sen Song encampment, a signal for everyone to wake. Everyone, that is, except for Amir. He was still snoring even as all his nieces and nephews began to play with squirrals who were running by.
Soraya smiled at her sleeping brother before walking toward the nearby stream where the Sen Song normally got their water. But, instead of the normal silence except for the occasional cries of animals, she heard the sound of a person walking. Her eyes fell on Raine and she raised her eyebrows.
"Who are you? And what are you doing here?" the female acrobat asked, staring at Raine suscpciously.

Raine had wondered to a near by small river. If she couldn't find the Sen Song camp she might as well get in some healing practice.
Raine knelt by the cool water. Raine took out three copper coins and set thm on the water. The goal of the exercise was to keep the coin afloat. To them perfectly alined with the wate's surface. Raine needed to have coplete control of the water she was working with to make sure nothing would go wrong if she needed to heal.
After a few more exercises Raine stood up and put the coins back in to her pocket and filled up her canteen.
Raine turned around as she saw a girl look at her funny. The girl ask some questions and Raine answered. "My name is Raine. And I was looking for Amir Sen Song. May I ask you're name?"

"I am Soraya. Soraya Sen Song. Why are you looking for my brother?" Soraya asked, taken a back a bit by the girl saying she was looking for her brother. Usually, if Amir had a new girlfriend, he would keep her far away from the encampment for he knew what his mother would say if she found out. She tilted her head slightly as she took every detail of the girl. She did not seem like she was from around, her eyes were a shade of blue and Soraya had caught her waterbending.
A waterbender all the way out here? And a female one at that. It just seems....odd. the Sen Song acrobat concluded, putting her hand that did not have a bucket in it on her hip. She continued staring at Raine, analzying her.
Meanwhile, Amir was still sleeping, muttering in his sleep. "Amir! You lazy bum! Get up!" Lakshmi yelled as she walked toward him, basket in her arms. But her screeches were unheard by her younger brother as he turned over in his sleep once more and continued muttering.

"It's nice to meet you Soraya." then Raine answered the next question,"Your brother , Amir, invited me to watch him practice. I hope that is alright. I can be on my way if it would be intruding." Raine said as she got a little self conscience as the young girl studied her. Raine was also looking over to the girl some times to. She could kind of see the family resemblance. I really hope she didn't see me water bending. I'm doing a great job keeping a low profile. Jeez, I need to get better at this. Raine thought as her eyes shifted around the area.
Raine looked to the girl, still looking at her, then quickly pointed to the side and nevousely informed, " I think I'll be going now. . ."

"He did? Really? Are we talking about the same Amir?" Soraya said, her eyes widening. She looked over her shoulder toward the encampment and yelled, "AAAAAMMMMMMMMIRRRRRR!!!!! THERE IS A GIRL HERE TO SEEEEE YOU!". The sound of someone falling onto the ground was heard immediately followed a chorus of laughing children. "I hate you, Soraya!" a male voice yelled which was followed by the scuffling of someone getting off the ground and walking toward the area.
Amir soon appeared, walking toward Soraya, his hair a mess, still wiping sleep from his eyes. He yawned, streching out his arms and closing his eyes for a brief moment then opening them once more. He finally was next to Soraya who he leaned on as he finally spoke, "And why did you wake me up this early, again, dear sister?". He clearly did not see Raine for his gaze was focused on the ground as he struggled to wake up.
"Amir, how is it early? It is nearing noon. If I had left you to your own devices, you would sleep in until dinner." Soraya replied, pushing her little brother off of her with a look of mock disgust on her face. Amir glared at her briefly before realizing that Raine was standing in front of them. He quickly straightened his posture and struggled to make his hair stop standing up before finally saying, "Hey, Raine-chan! Don't go!"

So this was the great Amir his hair was still a mess, still half asleep, and relying on his sister to keep on his feet. Raine covered her mouth andheld in a laugh. Raine had started to leave but then stopped and turned around from Amir's sudden out burst. Still holding in a great laugh but only letting out a slight chuckle, Raine smiled and folded her arms and put all her wieght on one leg and leaned on it. The boy in front of her was tring to uphold the status he had yesterday. Flattening out his hair, and his voice still was like when you just wake up in the morning: rough, deep and hoarse, "So this is the REAL Amir Sen Song?. . . Lazy, messy, the works?"

Soraya chuckled and flicked her younger brother in the head as he glared at Raine. His eye twitched in annoyance and he was about to say something but Soraya stopped him, "Yeah. Amir is like this when girls aren't around. Isn't that right, little brother?" his crafty older sister said, pinching Amir's left cheek.
"Shut up, Soraya." the acrobat muttered, a blush of humilation appearing on her cheeks. It was one thing to be humilated in front of his family, but to infront of a girl he was struggling to woo, it was absolutely horrible. He moved his angry gaze to his siter and stepped on her foot with one of his bare feet in anger, causing Soraya to frown with annoyance as she was bare foot also. She shoved him in the shoulder in response, amazed at what an idiot her brother could be. He stuck his tongue out at her and crossed his arms across his chest before saying, "So, Raine, you came just in time for break-"
Soraya cut him off, "Lunch, you moron. You slept through breakfast." Amir glared at his older sister once more and continued, "Fine then, lunch. Then you can watch us practice."

Lin blew a piece of hair out of her face, as she strolled down the trail. She wore a scowl on her face, with an "I hate everyone" look in her eyes. A majority out of all of the people she had met... annoyed her. There were a nice few people... that she hardly knew. "Find new allies and friends"... my FOOT! Lin thought, angry like a bull. She had her arms crossed with her shoulders stiffly hunched upward. There was one she was about to know, only because of another person making it worse, Lin couldn't make a close friend out of Siyuki.
A piece of hair fell on her face again, and Lin blew at it again furiously. She should never have left the North Pole...well, then she'd just be blamed for "injuring her brother" when he and his friends were just making fun of her. Her nose wrinkled as her eyes narrowed. Why do I even bother trying to make friends? My temper's just gonna drive everyone I meet away! she thought. All of the tables seemed to be always turn on her. Lin felt like she's made more enemies instead of friends.

A sight breeze swept across her face. Her hair was still a little wet from her bath early in the morning making only small strands of her hair fray. The leaves and branches of the trees swayed back and forth making russeling noises. Raine watched as the siblings bickered. Being an only child Raine didn't really know about the realashonships between siblings or how they worked . Raine soon zoned out a little but came back hear : "Lunch, you moron. You slept through breakfast." Then Amir continued after sending a glare to his sister , "Fine then, lunch. Then you can watch us practice." Raine shook her head in refuse, " I don't want to intrude while you're all eating. I can come back later." To tell the truth , Raine was just nervous of meeting the other family members. . . . And she didn't want to intrude.

"It's fine. Isn't it, Soraya." Amir said, nudging Soraya in the shoulder. She nodded though she was rolling her eyes as she did so. She had never seen her brother try so hard to get one girl or seen a girl seem so...uninteresting in Amir. Soraya smiled, glad her brother may finally be taught a lesson about women. A needed lesson if he did not want Lakshmi to kill him.
Amir flashed Raine a large grin, though his hair was still a bit messy and he was still rubbing the last of sleep out of his bright green eyes. He yawned and stretched once more, struggling to stay awake though this was two hours before he was normally awake and he longed to be able to go back to his hammock and resume sleeping.
"Come on, Raine. I think I can hear Ma and Lakshmi arguing right now about whose food is better which usually means that lunch is on its way." Amir said, cupping one of his tanned hands around one of his large ears and tilting his head slightly. Sure enough, the sounds of two women yelling at each other began to echo through the forest which made Soraya sigh and begin to walk back to the encampment so she could stop the fight before her mother and sister before it got ugly.

The early teenager heard bickering voices. She glanced in that direction, and the piece of hair fell again. She eyed forward again and relaxed her shoulders, as she passed by some other stranger.
Lin glared downward and folded her hands behind her back. What will she do now? Where will she go now? The annoying, yet helpful, voices aren't there to guide her anymore. I guess I'm on my own... she thought. Her mouth drew into a small frown, as she continued walking down the trail.
Later, she entered into a forest once again. She sighed, and decided to rest. The girl sat down on large rock, and buried her face in her hands. I might as well just go back to the North Pole and face the consequence of having an idiotic brother... Lin thought. She took her face out of her hands, and looked skyward. She sighed, and took off her bow. She looked down at it, and ran her finger across the wood. What would she do if firebenders kept lighting it on fire?

Raine's eyes shifted to a nose to her left. She watched as a girl in her early teens walked by. 'She looks like some one from my tribe. But. .She looks sad. .' Raine thought. Raine looked from the corner of her eye as the girl continued to walk. Raine looked back to Amir and his sister. "I'll be right back," Raine informed the two as she took off in the direction of the girl.
Raine moved branches out of her way as she walked towards the girl. The girl really did look like a water tribe member. The young teen was sitting on a rock looking at a beautiful white bow. Raine walkedup to the girl. With a motherly smile, and a slight wave Raine said, "Hello." and "This is going to sound strange. . but. . Are you from the Water Tribe?"

Amir sighed angrily, clearly very displeased that Raine's attention was turned away from him. He crossed his arms across his chest, a childish pout on his face. He hated having to wait for anything and anyone, even if it was for his latest "friend".....soon-to-be-"friend" in this case, at least he hoped. He looked toward the girl who Raine had left him to go talk to with annoyance. Raine was talking to a small girl, probably around the age of thirteen. He looked up both of them, curiously. What was a thirteen year old doing walking around in a forest with a bow? And a girl at that. He knew that his mother certainly would not let his thirteen year old sister, Kali, walk around the forest alone. It just seemed.....odd.
Finally giving into his curiousity, Amir walked over to where to the two girls, arriving just in time to pick up a bit of their conversation. Raine is from the water tribe? That would explain her being able to water bend but why is a female member of the water tribe all the way out here? She should not be left alone all the way in the Earth Kingdom, she is just a girl. the acrobat thought as he listened to the two.

Lin's eyes turned up to the stranger. The stranger looked like she was from the water tribe as well. She gripped onto her bow and held it to her chest. "Yes... why?" Lin said gently. Maybe this could be another chance to make another friend. And hopefully, not another enemy. Lin calmed herself down, so she would try to control her temper if she ever got angry at the stranger.
But then, she heard footsteps appraching. She saw another stranger walk over. She tilted her head a bit, and blinked. Then she turned back to the girl. "Are you from the North?" she asked. Lin felt a bit rude asking that, considering she doesn't even know the stranger's name yet. Or the boy's name for that matter. Her face turned emotionless, as she stood up silently.
